C5 ALLIANCE STRENGTHENS PROJECT
DELIVERY TEAM WITH PROMOTION
C5 Alliance has promoted Jon Le Noury to Senior
Consultant and Business Analyst within the Project
Delivery Team in a move designed to recognise the
wealth of talent within the business.
Jon joined C5 Alliance as a consultant and business
analyst and has eight years’ experience in the technology
industry; he is now the most qualified business analyst
in Guernsey, having completed all four exams that form
part of the British Computer Society’s Advanced Diploma
in Business Analysis.
‘Jon has grown and developed considerably,' said C5
Alliance Project Delivery Team head, Simon Tidd. ‘Not
only has Jon gained valuable insight into business analysis
through the Advanced Diploma he has also developed
into an excellent consultant: organising a team, providing
expertise and advice to clients and organisations.
His knowledge and experience have deepened, and
his promotion is a consequence of his hard work and
a significant benefit to C5 Alliance and our clients.’

Stockbroking and

company Ravenscroft
has appointed a Group
Company Secretary,
an Assistant Company
Secretary and a Money
Laundering Reporting
Officer. The company
has made a number of
key appointments to its
support services team
with Jade Cook joining
as Group Company
Secretary, Guy Hardill
as MLRO and Laura
Colley as Assistant
Company Secretary.
Jade, who holds the
ICSA certificate and
diploma as well as
an MSc in corporate
governance, joins
after five years at Ipes
(Guernsey) Limited.
‘I’m looking forward
to bringing a proactive
attitude to ensure the
company’s corporate
governance practices are
to the highest standards,’
she said.
Guy brings more than 24
years' financial services
industry experience,
including five years with
the Guernsey Border
Agency specialising
in financial crime
investigations and
asset confiscations,
to his role as MLRO.
Laura has 30 years’
experience in the finance
industry and moves
to Ravenscroft from
Standard Chartered Trust
(Guernsey) Limited.

an excellent reputation
as both an employer
and a stockbroker and
investment manager. I
hope my three decades
of experience will be
invaluable as I move
away from trust into a
new sector,’ she said.
Dan Tibbs
JG ARCHITECTURE TAKES ON ITS FIRST
APPRENTICE IN PLANS TO GROW
JG Architecture Ltd has taken on its first apprentice in
line with its aspirations to grow and plans to invest in
training architectural technicians.
Dan Tibbs has joined the team as a junior architectural
technician having completed his A Levels last year.
‘Having trained locally myself I wanted to offer the
same opportunity to the next generation of building
specialists. Dan’s enthusiasm impressed us as his passion
for architecture was something which had been there
for some years, having done work experience at other
practices and spent time in the planning department,’
said JG Architecture founder James Gavey.
Dan will be trained by both James and senior
architectural technician Miles Pengelley until the States
of Guernsey’s Apprenticeship Scheme introduces their
planned course on construction in 2018.
‘JG Architecture are working on some really interesting
extensions, conversions and new build projects
domestically and continue to work on development
frameworks for residential and commercial proposals.
‘It’s a fantastic opportunity for me to join a company
that is growing and progressive and I know I will enjoy
learning the trade from the team,’ said Dan.
NWH MD BECOMES GLOBAL CEO
Seasoned private client wealth manager Charlotte
Denton has been appointed Global Chief Executive
Officer of NWH Global, formerly Newhaven.
Having led the Guernsey office since January 2017 and
overseen the rebranding of the business, Charlotte will
now assume responsibility for the global operation.
NWH Global, an independently-held trust and corporate
services provider, has offices in Guernsey, the BVI,
Hong Kong, Dubai, Mauritius and New Zealand.
Charlotte said: ‘I was invited to thoroughly review
Newhaven, which has been quietly successful for more
than 20 years, and this resulted in a vibrant rebrand for
the business. It’s been a fascinating project and I’m very
excited now to take on the management responsibility
for the global operation and take it to the next stage.
‘While we revisited the name and look of the brand there’s
a lot that we definitely didn’t need to change. NWH Global
employs great, expert people and we remain focused on
excellence and the continual development of our team.
We also remain independent and committed to focusing
on clients’ unique personal circumstances from our multijurisdictional
presence in key locations around the world.’
