HIGH-FLYING APPOINTMENTS
OI GROWS SOCIAL TEAM
Leading advertising and digital
agency Oi has expanded its social
media team following continued
client growth, new client wins, and
successful campaigns.
Tia Gardner has joined as a Social
Media and Digital Marketing
Executive in the agency's Guernsey
office. Locally born, Tia is fresh from
university, having gained a degree
in International Fashion, Promotion
and Marketing. She is well placed to
facilitate all areas of social media,
and brings with her expertise on
user habits, social merchandising
and analytics. Tia works closely with
Stefanie Haigh, Head of Content
and Social Media at Oi, who was
previously the Marketing Director for
an international charity, as well as
Social Media Manager for a variety
of UK brands.
Peter Grange, Oi Chief Executive
Officer, added this latest
appointment illustrates the
importance Oi places on social
media as an essential marketing and
campaign channel.
NEW APPOINTMENT
AT POLYGON GROUP
Ed Daubeney has been appointed
Deputy Chairman of the Polygon
Group. Ed has been a Non-
Executive Director of the group
since 2011, having joined when
he worked with the Polygon team
during the management buyout
of Law at Work.
In his new position, Ed will take
a more hands-on role in both
Polygon’s own operation and also
in the broad range of companies
in which the group invests.
Martin Belcher, Chairman of
the Polygon Group, said: ‘I am
delighted to appoint Ed to this
pivotal role within the Polygon
Group. His depth of commercial
experience will be invaluable
to the group as we continue
to develop and grow our
investment portfolio.’
Recruitment Agency Alexander Daniels Offshore has
expanded its Guernsey office and seen a very busy and
successful first year of business. Hannah Le Tissier will be
focusing on temporary and contract recruitment, as the
need for temps increases in the market.
Hannah’s experience lies in HR Administration where
she got an insight into recruitment through daily tasks,
both locally and in the UK. Having realised this is where
her passions lie, Hannah has now started her career as a
Recruitment Consultant.
Director Andy Partlow said, ‘We are very excited to have
Hannah on board, Hannah is a very rare breed and is
such a genuine and enthusiastic member of the team.
She is someone who is clearly very talented and will
undoubtedly go the extra mile to help her clients and

SENIOR PROMOTIONS AT JULIUS
BAER’S GUERNSEY OFFICE
Stephen Burt has been promoted to Branch Manager
along with Jon Burrows as Chief Risk Officer in
Julius Baer’s Guernsey office. Stephen will lead
Julius Baer’s growing team in Guernsey, having been
promoted from his previous role as Chief Risk Officer
and Branch Manager ad interim.
Jon has been promoted to the CRO role having
served as Deputy Chief Risk Officer in Julius Baer’s
Guernsey branch for the past five years. A specialist
in compliance and regulation, he is a Fellow of the
International Compliance Association.
FOUR JOIN GROWING TRUST
CORPORATION INTERNATIONAL
Trust Corporation International has continued its recent
expansion and appointed four new members of staff.
David Wilson joins the corporate services team, Joanne
Brehaut has been appointed as a Review Officer, Andrea
Bateman as a Client Accountant and Amelia Wells as an
Office Administrator.
