HIGH-FLYING APPOINTMENTS<br />
OI GROWS SOCIAL TEAM<br />
Leading advertising and digital<br />
agency Oi has expanded its social<br />
media team following continued<br />
client growth, new client wins, and<br />
successful campaigns.<br />
Tia Gardner has joined as a Social<br />
Media and Digital Marketing<br />
Executive in the agency's Guernsey<br />
office. Locally born, Tia is fresh from<br />
university, having gained a degree<br />
in International Fashion, Promotion<br />
and Marketing. She is well placed to<br />
facilitate all areas of social media,<br />
and brings with her expertise on<br />
user habits, social merchandising<br />
and analytics. Tia works closely with<br />
Stefanie Haigh, Head of Content<br />
and Social Media at Oi, who was<br />
previously the Marketing Director for<br />
an international charity, as well as<br />
Social Media Manager for a variety<br />
of UK brands.<br />

Officer, added this latest<br />
appointment illustrates the<br />
importance Oi places on social<br />
media as an essential marketing and<br />
campaign channel.<br />
NEW APPOINTMENT<br />
AT POLYGON GROUP<br />
Ed Daubeney has been appointed<br />
Deputy Chairman of the Polygon<br />
Group. Ed has been a Non-<br />
Executive Director of the group<br />
since 2011, having joined when<br />
he worked with the Polygon team<br />
during the management buyout<br />
of Law at Work.<br />
In his new position, Ed will take<br />
a more hands-on role in both<br />
Polygon’s own operation and also<br />
in the broad range of companies<br />
in which the group invests.<br />
Martin Belcher, Chairman of<br />
the Polygon Group, said: ‘I am<br />
delighted to appoint Ed to this<br />
pivotal role within the Polygon<br />
Group. His depth of commercial<br />
experience will be invaluable<br />
to the group as we continue<br />
to develop and grow our<br />
investment portfolio.’<br />
Recruitment Agency Alexander Daniels Offshore has<br />
expanded its Guernsey office and seen a very busy and<br />
successful first year of business. Hannah Le Tissier will be<br />
focusing on temporary and contract recruitment, as the<br />
need for temps increases in the market.<br />
Hannah’s experience lies in HR Administration where<br />
she got an insight into recruitment through daily tasks,<br />
both locally and in the UK. Having realised this is where<br />
her passions lie, Hannah has now started her career as a<br />
Recruitment Consultant.<br />
Director Andy Partlow said, ‘We are very excited to have<br />
Hannah on board, Hannah is a very rare breed and is<br />
such a genuine and enthusiastic member of the team.<br />
She is someone who is clearly very talented and will<br />
undoubtedly go the extra mile to help her clients and<br />

SENIOR PROMOTIONS AT JULIUS<br />
BAER’S GUERNSEY OFFICE<br />
Stephen Burt has been promoted to Branch Manager<br />
along with Jon Burrows as Chief Risk Officer in<br />
Julius Baer’s Guernsey office. Stephen will lead<br />
Julius Baer’s growing team in Guernsey, having been<br />
promoted from his previous role as Chief Risk Officer<br />
and Branch Manager ad interim.<br />
Jon has been promoted to the CRO role having<br />
served as Deputy Chief Risk Officer in Julius Baer’s<br />
Guernsey branch for the past five years. A specialist<br />
in compliance and regulation, he is a Fellow of the<br />
International Compliance Association.<br />
FOUR JOIN GROWING TRUST<br />
CORPORATION INTERNATIONAL<br />
Trust Corporation International has continued its recent<br />
expansion and appointed four new members of staff.<br />
David Wilson joins the corporate services team, Joanne<br />
Brehaut has been appointed as a Review Officer, Andrea<br />
Bateman as a Client Accountant and Amelia Wells as an<br />
Office Administrator.<br />
