Brother and sister team James and Jessica
Regnard are at the helm of Guernsey’s fastest
growing construction company. Concept
360 is responsible for island-wide projects
that include Fermain Valley Hotel, Búho and
Roc Salt. En Voyage caught up with the pair
to find out about the family-run business, its
accomplishments, and plans for the future.
Since its inception a decade ago, James has
built Concept 360 from a three-man team to a
company employing over 30 people on the island.
With its offices in Pitronnerie Road, close to
Guernsey’s thriving financial district at Admiral Park,
Concept 360 has undergone a rapid expansion over
the years. ‘I first started the company working out
of a spare room at home,’ said Managing Director
James. ‘This industry is always a risky one, but
thankfully the business took off and now Concept
360 is the only Guernsey construction company
able to provide a design, supply and installation
service for kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms.’
With 22 vehicles and a dry storage area, the firm
has required many changes over the years, including
the addition of Jessica as Finance Director in 2015.
‘We now have separate divisions with heads of
those divisions, which include; electrical, carpentry,
ground works, plumbing, and wet trades,’ she said.
