different for all of us. It’s all about trust and being honest
about balancing what you need to do to get your job done.
We have ‘A time’ (Amicus time – when we need you to
be in the office and have face-to-face time), and Green time
(when you might need to start early, finish late, work from
somewhere else etc).

HABITS

A small group of Amicus colleagues meet for 30
minutes on a weekly basis. We quickly set personal
goals, create short habit plans, track how we’re doing
and learn heaps about ourselves and wellbeing along
the way. It’s fun, really supportive, positive and totally
in your control. It’s a no judgment zone!
