across IFO, IHC and LCC on good,<br />
corporate good practices, from our<br />
Code of Conduct to the importance<br />
of wearing suitable protective<br />
equipment, responsible procurement<br />
and sustainability, including legal<br />
compliance and Chain of Custody.<br />
Throughout Interholco, mobility<br />
takes employees across divisions<br />
and literally, to new countries or<br />
continents. Staff members thus gain<br />
experience and business<br />
perspective. Annual performance<br />
reviews allow the setting of work<br />
goals and performance<br />
expectations, constructive feedback,<br />
