For Customers and Stakeholders<br />
The sustainability dimension of our work is populated<br />
with a broad range of actors, with whom we engage,<br />
partner and exchange: our employees, local people,<br />
and indigenous communities, community leaders,<br />
government representatives, NGOs, international<br />
organizations, universities, research institutes,<br />
importers, suppliers, and third-party providers,<br />
all the way to end-consumers.<br />
In order to add value for our customers and stakeholders,<br />
we have identified key concerns and expectations<br />
to be addressed in the context of this report.<br />
Those priority issues have been grouped according<br />
to the value they add: social (fuchsia),<br />
environmental (green) and economic (blue).<br />
