How can I Create a Signature in
Mozilla Thunderbird?

Process: 1 Create an email signature with the help of
HTML editor
•First, you have to open Mozilla thunderbird, now click
on your email account name i.e. james@abc.com and
there you have to press in “View settings for this
account” option that you can find under “Accounts”
section.
•Now go to “Account Settings” window and go to
“Signature Text” section.

•If you want to use HTML code, to do so you need to
check mark the box “Use HTML” box.

the signature text field by typing in HTML code and

“OK”.
•After that, you have to go to the main view screen of

Process: 2 Import a file that contains your signature
•First, open Mozilla Thunderbird and go to “Account

then “Account Settings”.
•Now you have to press on “Attach the signature from
a file (text, HTML, image) box and then you have to
choose a file that has a file with your sign by clicking
on the “choose…” button.

click “OK”.
•Now you are able to view your sign in your mail’s body part
