Baked bay shallot soubise with hazel, served with charred dashi salsify root<br />

and yolk mimosa.<br />

Bristol cream and balsamic beets, <strong>Brighton</strong> Blue trifle topped with crown prince<br />

pine nut candy crumble.<br />

Fresh kohl rabi horseradish apple snow salad with pickled pear and<br />

wasabi cashew crush.<br />

Big fat chips with sage and onion not stuffing.<br />

with wild berries.<br />

Creme de Cacao Brandy Alexander milkshakes, chocolate fudge and razza jazza<br />
