Kirill Pletnev<br />

Kirill Pletnev entered SPGATI to become a student<br />

of Vladimir Petrov’s course. Upon graduation, he<br />

joined the Moscow Drama Theatre headed by Armen<br />

Dzhigarkhanyan and moved to the Russian capital.<br />

In the spring of 2003 he left the theatre and started to<br />

collaborate with stage director Irina Kerutchenko. Light<br />

Up is Pletnev’s first feature film.<br />
