Accessibility
To plan the perfect stay, discuss your needs with the
chosen establishment before making your booking.
Keswick offers opportunities for disabled visitors to
enjoy all aspects of this unique area. Accommodation
providers, restaurants and attractions may cater for
disabled visitors and accommodate specific
requirements.
All accommodation will have an Access or Accessibility
Statement. This is a written, clear, accurate and
honest description of the facilities and services
available. It will help you make an informed decision
about whether that business can meet your needs.
Compliments, Comments and Concerns
We welcome feedback about your visit to Keswick.
Should a problem arise during your stay, whenever
possible, discuss it with the management of the
property first. The problem may be rectified without
delay. If this doesn’t work, professional advice is
available from a variety of sources. For contact details
please visit visitkeswick.com or call Keswick Tourism
on 017687 75738.
Fairtrade
Keswick has been a Fairtrade Town since 2005.
Particularly strong support for Fairtrade comes from
the accommodation sector in which there are more
self-catering properties, guest houses, hotels and
hostels offering Fairtrade tea and coffee (and often
more) to their guests than in any other comparable
tourist centre in the country. To find out more, look on
the KTA website for businesses flagging FT, or go to:
