Der Weg für die moderne Landwirtschaft 

AKRA Düngesystem 

Der Einsatz des AKRA Düngesystems zielt auf eine ausgewogene, 

harmonische Nährstoffversorgung der Pflanzen ab. 

Unter Berücksichtigung der optimalen Nährstoffverhältnisse setzen sich die Produkte des AKRA Düngesystems aus 8 Haupt- und 17 Spurennährstoffen 

zusammen. Die Produktpalette umfasst schnell verfügbare Blattdünger und Grunddünger mit rascher bis mittelfristiger Wirkung. 

Gleichzeitig wird mit dem AKRA Düngesystem das wertvolle Bodenleben gefördert, der Stickstoffeinsatz wesentlich reduziert und dadurch 

auch die Nitratbelastung verringert. Weiters können Fixierungen (Überdüngung) gelöst und pflanzenverfügbar gespeichert werden. 

AKRA Kombi | Grunddüngung 

AKRA Kombi ist ein stickstofffreier Bodenhilfsstoff mit zahlreichen, 

pflanzenphysiologisch bedeutenden Haupt- und Spurennährstoffen, 

der sich aus 16 verschiedenen Einzelkomponenten zusammensetzt. 

Vorteile 

AKRA Kombi erhöht die Vitalität der Pflanzenbestände. 

Zellwände sind besser entwickelt, so dass die Aufwandmengen für Fungizide und Wachstumsregulatoren deutlich reduziert oder sogar unterbleiben 

können. In Gebieten mit Trockenstress hilft AKRA Kombi durch die geförderte Wurzelentwicklung und ausgeglichene Nährstoffversorgung 

diese Stressperiode besser zu überwinden. 

AKRA Kombi ermöglicht somit

Wirkung 

AKRA Kombi mobilisiert die im Boden vorhandenen Nährstoffe (zB P, K, Spurenelemente) und hält darüber hinaus wichtige Haupt- und Spurennährstoffe 

in pflanzenverfügbarer Form. Durch seinen hohen Kieselsäureanteil (SiO2) stärkt AKRA Kombi das Pflanzengewebe. AKRA Kombi 

verbessert die Bodenstruktur und fördert das Bodenleben. Zusätzlich erzeugt AKRA Kombi mit seinem niedrigen Phosphat- und Kaliumgehalt 

ein Nährstoffgefälle,welches den Nährstofffluss aus der festgelegten, immobilen Phase anregt.

Durch Einsatz von AKRA N-Bakterien Azoarcus wird das Wurzelwachstum 

der Pflanzen gefördert. Dadurch erhöht sich auch der Anteil organischer 

Substanz im Boden.

Azoarcus zählt zu den symbiotischen Stickstofffixierern und ist daher auf ein Zusammenleben mit Pflanzen angewiesen, um N2 zu binden. Es 

ist wichtig, Saatgut mit lebenden Azoarcus Bakterien in den Boden zu bringen, denn nur dann erfolgt die schnelle und gewünschte Vermehrung 

in der Pflanze. 

Unsere Atemluft besteht aus ca. 78% Stickstoff und ca. 21% Sauerstoff. 

Ein m³ Luft enthält daher ca. 780 g Stickstoff. 

Bei einer Bodentiefe von 30 cm und einem Bodenluftanteil von 25% 

ergeben sich daher 58 g Stickstoff als N2 pro m². Diese Stickstoffform 

(N2) wird von den Bakterien als N-Quelle genutzt. 

Es können 40 – 80% des handelsüblichen 

Stickstoffaufwandes eingespart werden.

Agritechnica Innovation Award 2017: Innovations Jury awards

Digitization and networking of the value chain increasingly important –Process 

automation is progressing in agriculture 

Hanover, Germany, 6 September 2017 – The trend towards further automation 

of processes – coupled with intelligent data management systems to 

optimize the regulation and control of equipment, logistics, documentation, 

quality assurance and traceability – is proceeding unabated in agriculture. This 

is demonstrated by the more than 320 new product registrations the DLG (German 

Agricultural Society) has received for this year’s Agritechnica. 

The terms Cloud Computing and Big Data have entered the common parlance, 

and in addition to 4.0, the digitization and networking of the value chain in 

agriculture is becoming increasing important. It is appropriate, therefore, that 

a Gold Innovation Award at Agritechnica 2017 goes to the first fully automatic 

tangential threshing system that uses sensors to adjust itself to suit crop conditions 

and achieve optimum results. 

Classic engineering, however, continues to result in products with benefits 

for the entire agricultural sector, and this year’s second Gold Innovation Award 

goes to a maize header with an integrated stubble mulcher. This development 

helps control the corn borer, a significant pest affecting maize crops, and results 

in an overall reduction in the use of pesticides. 

Elsewhere in the awards, there is a clear trend towards adapting existing, innovative 

solutions already used in other industries so they can be used in agriculture. 

Examples include Silver Innovation Awards for e-mobility, a height-adjustable 

operator’s cab, intelligent networked vehicles and augmented reality 

applications. 

Among the other targets of new and further developments that received 

special appreciation from the DLG Innovations Jury were new ways of making 

operators’ jobs easier. Thanks to innovative solutions, there has been a continuing 

reduction in long hours of monotonous, very tiring and complex work 

for operators, and these tasks will eventually be taken over entirely by the new 

technologies. 

Overall, the DLG Innovations Jury has recognized two innovations with the 

Agritechnica Gold Innovation Award 2017, and 29 innovations with the Agritechnica 

Silver Innovation Award 2017.

CEMOS AUTO THRESHING - the autonomous threshing system 

for CLAAS straw-walker and hybrid combine harvesters 

Bisher musste der Fahrer eines Mähdreschers selbst über den besten Kompromiss zwischen Dreschtrommelgeschwindigkeit, 

Dreschspaltweite und Ausdrusch bzw. Kornqualität entscheiden. 

Diese komplexen Zusammenhänge wurden nicht von jedem Fahrer verstanden, und die manuelle 

Einstellung wird oft als lästig empfunden. In der Folge wird eine entsprechende Einstellung 

viel zu selten an die tatsächlich vorhandenen Erntebedingungen angepasst. Zur gleichzeitigen 

Optimierung von Arbeitsqualität und Arbeitsleistung hat Claas den ersten Automaten, das Cemos 

Auto Threshing zur Einstellung des Tangential-Dreschwerkes in Schüttler- und Hybrid-Mähdreschern 

entwickelt. Je nach Strategievorgabe werden die Dreschtrommeldrehzahl und die Dreschspaltweite 

automatisch auf die Erntebedingungen optimiert. Das Alleinstellungsmerkmal der 

gesamten Automatisierung ist die Kommunikation der verschiedenen Automaten untereinander. 

Der Durchsatzregler arbeitet über ein spezielles Kommunikationsmodul unter anderem abhängig 

vom Dreschwerkautomaten sowie von den Automaten der Restkornabscheidung und Reinigung. 

Mit dem letzten Baustein Auto Threshing im Automatensystem hat Claas erstmalig den technisch 

sehr anspruchsvollen Schritt zum vollautomatisch erntenden Tangential-Mähdrescher vollzogen. 

Der Bediener muss nicht mehr wissen, welche Einstellschritte er zur Erreichung seiner Ziele vornehmen 

muss, sondern er gibt agronomische Strategien vor, nach denen das selbstlernende System 

alle Maschinenparameter optimiert. Durch diese neuartige Automatisierungstechnik erntet 

der Mähdrescher kontinuierlich mit maximaler Effizienz.

STALKBUSTER 

Currently operators have to find out by themselves which settings strike the best balance between 

the optimum drum speed, the optimum concave gap, the suitable aggressiveness of threshing 

and the quality of the grain. Some operators find this complexity too difficult to come to terms 

with, and find setting up the combine a chore. Consequently, very often a combine is not set up 

perfectly to suit the current harvest conditions. 

Cemos Auto Threshing is the first system that sets the tangential threshing system on straw walker 

and hybrid machines automatically. As such, it makes a significant contribution to optimizing 

the quality of work and performance. Depending on the strategy entered into the system by the 

operator, it sets the drum speed and the concave gap for optimum results in the current harvest 

conditions. The USP of the entire system is the fact that all controllers communicate with each other. 

For example, the throughput controller operates via a special communication module to control the 

throughput relative to the threshing controller, as well as the separation and cleaning controllers. 

Another module in the system is Auto Threshing, which for the first time completes the enormous 

complex technical step to implement fully automated threshing. On such a harvester, users 

no longer need to know which settings they have to make to get the desired results. Instead, 

they enter the harvesting strategy, which is then used by the auto-learning system to optimize all 

parameters. This innovative automation technology allows combine harvesters to continuously 

combine at maximum efficiency.

STALKBUSTER 

Seit sich der Maiszünsler vor rund 15 Jahren auf ganz Deutschland ausgebreitet hat, ist er im Silomaisanbau 

der wichtigste Schädling. Seine schädigende Wirkung zeigt sich in Ernte- und Qualitätsverlusten 

durch bescheidene Kolbenansätze sowie Befall mit Fusarien, die auch die Folgefrucht Weizen 

betreffen können. Neben Insektiziden und biologischen Mitteln ist eine der wichtigsten Bekämpfungsstrategien 

eine gründliche Zerkleinerung der Maisstoppeln unmittelbar nach der Ernte. Der Kemper 

StalkBuster ist nun die erste in den Mähvorsatz des Feldhäckslers integrierte stoppelzerstörende Technik. 

Es ist die einzige Lösung im Markt, die alle Maisstoppeln zerschlägt, bevor diese vom Feldhäcksler 

oder Transportwagen niedergedrückt werden. Da die Überwinterung der Raupen in den Maisstoppeln 

erfolgt, stellen die rund 30 % für sonst übliche Schlegelmulcher kaum noch erreichbaren, unzerstörten 

Maisstoppeln ein großes Reservoir für einen erneuten Schädlingsbefall in der Region im Folgejahr 

dar. In diesen verpuppt sich der Schädling im Frühjahr und die Falter befallen im Anschluss neue 

Flächen. Die ins Schneidwerk integrierte Mulcheinrichtung hat sowohl einen verhältnismäßig geringen 

Leistungsbedarf als auch ein relativ geringes Gewicht. So ergeben sich außerdem für den vorschriftsgemäßen 

Straßentransport keine erweiterten Einschränkungen. Der Kemper StalkBuster ist eine technische 

Lösung, die einen sehr hohen praktischen, betriebswirtschaftlichen und ökologischen Wert hat. 

Since the corn borer spread across Germany about 15 years ago, it has become the most notorious 

pest in silage maize crops in the country. It causes losses in yield and quality, because the cobs do 

not develop well, and they become infested with Fusaria which may then spread to the following 

wheat crop. One of the most important methods to fight the pest, along with chemical and biological 

options, is to chop the maize stubble thoroughly and immediately after the crop is harvested. 

The Kemper StalkBuster is the first stubble-destroying technology that forms an integral part of 

a maize header. It is the only machine on the market that destroys all the stubble before it is driven 

on by the forager or the tractor and trailer. Usually about 30% of the stubble remains intact, and as 

the corn borer winters inside it, a high percentage of undestroyed stubble offers them a haven so 

they can infest the area again the following year. The corn borer pupates in the stubble in spring 

and the moth starts infesting the new crop after that. 

The topper is integrated in the header, is relatively lightweight and has a relatively low power 

input requirement. This means no extra limitations apply for legal road transport. 

The Kemper StalkBuster is a technical solution that offers great benefits for users, their productivity 

and the environment.

Die Netze mit den Bezeichnungen STRONGER XL STRONGER 

XXL und STRONGER MAX werden in einer Produktionslinie 

nach deutscher Lizenz in unserem modernen, mit elektronischen 

Systemen zur Parameterüberwachung ausgerüsteten 

Maschinenpark hergestellt. Für die Produktion werden Rohstoffe 

verwendet, die qualitätsverbessernde Komponenten 

enthalten, wie z. B. UV-Stabilisatoren. Die STRONGER Netze 

eigenen sich für alle Arten von Ballenpressen. Die Netze 

schützen die Ballen optimal bei Transport und Lagerung. 

Jede Rolle verfügt 50m vor dem Ende über eine Anzeige des 

Rollenendes. Die STRONGER Netze werden auf Hülsen mit einem 

Durchmesser von 76 mm gewickelt. 

The STRONGERXL, STRONGER XXL and STRONGER MAX bale 

net wraps are manufactured on a German manufacturing 

line and licensed in a modern machinery park equipped with 

electronic parameter control systems. The nets are produced 

with the use of a raw material consisting of components 

which improve the product quality, including a UV-ray stabilizer. 

The STRONGER net is intended for every type of machines 

for baling straw and hay. It is the best protection for 

crops when in transport and storage. Each roll is equipped 

with an indicator which displays the end of the net, to the last 

50 m. The STRONGER net is wound on the Ø76 sleeve. 

Siatka rolnicza o nazwie STRONGER XL, STRONGER XXL 

i STRONGER MAX jest wytwarzana na linii i licencji niemieckiej 

na nowoczesnym parku maszynowym wyposażonym 

w elektroniczne systemy kontroli parametrów. Do produkcji siatki 

wykorzystywany jest surowiec, w skład którego wchodzą 

komponenty poprawiające jakość wyrobu, m.in. stabilizator 

promieni UV. Siatka STRONGER przeznaczona jest do każdego 

typu maszyn belujących słomę i siano. To najlpesza ochrona 

zbiorów przed następstwami transportu i magazynowania. 

Każda rolka posiada wskaźnik informujący o końcu siatki, ostatnie

Every year Targi Kielce hosts quarter of a million of visitors, 

guests from 60 countries 

The Kielce exhibition and congress 

centre organises 75 expos and 700 

congresses and conferences a year. 

Targi Kielce also has one third of Poland’s 

trade fairs and exhibitions market. 

Among all Central and Eastern 

Europe’s expo organisers, the Kielce 

Expo Centre is ranked second with 

regards to the number of exhibitors 

and with respect to exhibition space 

leased. This result puts Targi Kielce 

ahead of HUNGEXPO Budapest, 

Brno expo and Kyiv International 

Contract Fair. Targi Kielce celebrates 

its 25th anniversary; the centre’s market 

position and plans discussed with 

Andrzej Mochoń PhD., President of 

Targi Kielce Management Board. 

- What international expos have 

made the Kielce centre famous? 

- The Targi Kielce’s calendar comprises 

70 events - trade shows, exhibitions 

and 700 conferences. Agrotech 

has been held for 23 years, the expo 

has advanced to become Poland’s 

largest agricultural trade-show held 

in expo halls. The world-famous September 

expo - the International Defence 

Industry Exhibition is ranked 

third in Europe, after London and 

Paris exhibitions military shows. 

MSPO has been organised for 25 

years, ever since the Kielce expo centre 

was founded. Targi Kielce is also 

famous for PLASTPOL held in May. 

PLASTPOL is Poland’s most international 

trade show, one of Europe’s 

most important and highly recognised 

plastics and rubber expos. We 

also organise Europe’s only expo 

of this kind – the AUTOSTRADA- 

POLSKA as well as SACROEXPO - 

Europe’s largest religious and church 

exhibition. These are just examples of 

exhibitions, most famous ones. 

- Targi Kielce is the conferences, seminars 

and concerts organiser. 

In 2014 we officially finalised the 

centre’s greatest investment – the 

infrastructure has been expanded 

to include the cutting-edge exhibition 

halls, the Congress Centre with 

a multitude of conference facilities, 

the two entry terminals with a digital 

registration system for exhibitors 

and visitors, a multilevel car park, the 

fairgrounds area has also been modernized. 

There is even a helipad. With 

the new ITC systems we are implementing, 

we will soon be at par with 

the world’s leading exhibition centres. 

Thus the centre can now provide toplevel 

comprehensive customer services. 

We also operate the most state-ofthe-art 

exhibition pavilion, the venue 

for trade fairs and also for congresses 

and events for 4,500 people. The Congress 

Centre can accommodate over 

1,000 people and offer supreme conditions. 

Thus Targi Kielce has much 

more to offer than commercial meetings; 

this is a perfect venue to hold 

large and small congresses as well as 

cosy-atmosphere business gatherings 

staged at the top of the 57-metre tall 

look-on tower which has become Targi 

Kielce’s landmark. Furthermore 

Targi Kielce offers catering and accommodation 

arrangements services 

for exhibitors, conference organisers.

year. Targi Kielce’s favourable location 

in the heart of Poland makes it

place for domestic companies, 

but also for companies from the 

neighbouring countries. Exhibitions 

have become a magnet which attracts 

guests to the city, we make sure that 

our guests have also a chance to become

Targi Kielce is a part of Kielce 

Expo City project; business and event 

tourists are presented Kielce’s MICE 

industry potentials. The project also 

offers interesting events, suggests

dem Bereich der Landwirtschaft und

mittel- und osteuropäischen Märkte 

einsteigen wollen. In Kielce kann man

auch kleine, Familienunternehmen 

anbieten. Für unsere Besucher suchen 

wir auch nach interessanten Debüts 

– Unternehmen, die landwirtschaftliche

Branche auf der internationalen 

Bühne vorzustellen. Einige Aussteller 

planen ihre Neuheiten gerade auf der 

Messe in Kielce vorzuführen. Alles, 

was ich gesagt habe, zeugt davon, dass 

die nächste Ausgabe der polnischen 

AGROTECH, vom 16. bis 18. März 

2018, einen Besuch wert ist. 

- Die Messe für Agrartechnik in 

Kielce wird sowohl massenhaft von 

polnischen Bauern als auch von Ministern 

und ausländischen Delegationen 

besucht... 

- Die Messe AGROTECH ist zu 

einem der wichtigsten Orte auf der 

Karte von über 150 landesweiten Agrarausstellungen 

in Polen geworden. 

Von allen Bereichen der polnischen 

Wirtschaft stellt sie auch die größte 

Messe, die in den Hallen veranstaltet 

wird, dar. Die Ausstellung ist ein beliebter 

Ort für Landwirte, sie genießt 

großes Aufsehen in der lokalen Industrie 

sowie ist ein Maßstab der Trends 

auf dem polnischen Markt. Seit 24 

Jahren ist die Messe in Kielce für Viele 

eine landwirtschaftliche Feier, bei der 

man einfach präsent sein muss, um 

auf dem Laufenden in der Branche zu 

sein, vor allem in Bezug auf die Neuheiten. 

Die AGROTECH hat auch eine 

internationale Dimension, und zwar 

nicht nur wegen der Aussteller aus 

20 Ländern aus aller Welt. Jedes Jahr 

bringt die Ausstellung den Landwirtschaftsminister 

aus Polen, aber 

auch ausländische Delegationen, einschließlich 

ausländischer Ministerien 

zusammen. Letztes Jahr gab es 6: Serbien, 

Finnland, die Niederlande, Kongo, 

die Ukraine und Algerien. Unter 

den Delegierten gab es Vertreter der 

landwirtschaftlichen Unternehmer, 

Besitzer von großen landwirtschaftlichen 

Betrieben und Vertreter der 

Agrarindustrie; für die Unternehmen, 

die die AGROTECH beuchten ist es 

immer eine neue Chance für einen interessanten 

ersten Kontakt. 

- Was können ausländische Besucher 

von der Teilnahme oder vom 

Besuch auf der AGROTECH 2018 

erwarten? 

- Ich denke, dass die Anwesenheit 

auf der AGROTECH eine 

ausgezeichnete Markenförderung 

auf dem polnischen Markt ist und 

zugleich die Möglichkeit gibt, den 

Tätigkeitsbereich zu erweitern und 

den Umsatz zu steigern. Während 

drei Messetagen haben die Unternehmen 

die Möglichkeit, sich 

den zahlreichen polnischen Bauern 

vorzustellen – es ist schwierig, ein 

so großes Auditorium auf einer anderen 

Veranstaltung als eine Messe 

zu versammeln. Die Unternehmer 

haben auch die Möglichkeit, sich 

den Vertretern der internationalen 

Industrie zu präsentieren, um neue, 

wertvolle Kontakte in Mittel- und 

Osteuropa zu knüpfen. All dies kann 

zu einer konkreten Zusammenarbeit, 

Vertragsschließung oder einem 

Geschäft führen, aber auch als eine 

bedeutende Einführung in die weitere 

Entwicklung betrachtet werden.
