“Türkiye’nin Dünya Okulu”nda dersler, yenilikleri izleyen deneyimli öğretmen kadrosu önderliğinde, eğitim teknolojisinin son
yeniliklerine göre donatılan sınıflarda işlenir. Bilgiyi ezberlemek yerine, bilgiyi üretmeye yönlendirilen öğrencilerimiz; araştıran,
sorgulayan, sorunlara çözüm üretebilen, düşüncelerini açıkça ifade edebilen ve öğrendiklerini hayata geçirebilen bireyler olarak
bir üst eğitim birimine geçerler. İçinde bulunduğumuz teknoloji çağının gerektirdiği donanıma sahip laboratuvarlarımızda
öğrencilerimiz; her türlü deney, araştırma ve proje çalışmasını yapabilme olanağına sahiptir.
Bodrum Özel Marmara İlkokulunda öğrencilerimiz; Türkçeyi doğru ve işlevsel kullanabilen, dilimizin zenginliğinin ve ifade gücünün
farkında olan bireyler olarak yetişmelerinin yanı sıra farklı dilleri de öğrenme olanağına sahiptirler. İngilizceyi doğal akışında ve
günlük yaşantılarında kullanarak öğrenmeleri ve kendilerini ifade edebilmeleri hedeflenmektedir.
Öğrencilerimiz Akıl Oyunları, Maker Space, Görsel Sanatlar, Drama, Müzik ve Dans dersleriyle beceri ve ilgi alanlarını keşfetme imkânı
buldukları gibi, sanat bilincine sahip gençler olarak da yetişmektedir. Hedeflerimize ulaşmak için sadece akademik anlamda başarılı
öğrenciler yetiştirmek yeterli değildir. Ulusal eğitim programlarını uygulamanın yanı sıra uluslararası programların öğrencinin
kişisel gelişimine büyük katkı sağlayacağı tartışılmaz bir gerçektir. Bu bilinçle kurumumuz “Yaşam için Eğitim” felsefesi ile yola
çıkan “Uluslararası Bakalorya Organizasyonu(IBO)”nu uygulamakta, PYP programlarını da takip etmektedir.
The courses in Turkey’s global school are taught in the classrooms equipped in accordance with latest innovations in the educational
technology under the leadership of experienced academic staff keeping up with the innovations and modern methodology. Instead
of memorizing, students are guided to produce knowledge and continue to the next stage of their education as the individuals
who are able to research, inquire, offer solutions to problems, express their thoughts clearly and practice what they learn. In the
laboratories which provide equipment required by the technological era, the students have the opportunity to carry out all kinds of
experiments, researches and project work.
In Bodrum Marmara Private Primary School, students have the opportunity to learn foreign languages well. These include English,
French and German. In addition, they are raised as individuals who can use a high standard of the Turkish language - correctly and
functionally and who are aware of the richness of our culture.
Students have the opportunity to explore their skills and interests through Mind Games, Maker Space, Visual Arts, Drama Classes,
Music and Dance Classes. In addition they are raised as the individuals with artistic awareness as well. In order to achieve our goals,
it is not enough to raise successful students only in academic manner. It is an indisputable fact that international programs, as well
as the implementation of the national curriculum, shall greatly contribute to the personal development of the student. Based on
this fact and the philosophy of “Education for Life”, the institution implements the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO)
programs and follows the PYP (Primary Years Program).
