<strong>Ryan</strong> <strong>Callanan</strong><br />
(also known as RYCA) is a<br />
modern Pop Artist. He is<br />
<strong>Lamberty</strong>’s most successful<br />
artist, and we have sold his<br />
works to many of our major<br />
collectors and patrons. The<br />
new solo show at <strong>Lamberty</strong><br />
from 21 November 2017 will<br />
feature new works including<br />
a neon Smiley, massive<br />
irreverent pub signs, and a<br />
full size crucified Star Wars<br />
storm trooper.<br />
He was chosen as the British<br />
Jubilee Artist alongside Peter<br />
Blake, reproducing the iconic<br />
British telephone box in<br />
multi coloured multi-media<br />
formats. He has also released<br />
collaboration works with indie<br />
band ‘Kasabian’ and mega DJ/<br />
producer ‘Fatboy Slim’.<br />
He was also commissioned<br />
to produce the Knot Violence<br />
2010 football world cup in<br />
South Africa, with designs<br />
by players including Buffon<br />
[Italy], Song [Cameroon] and<br />
David James [England], and<br />
was a major contributor to<br />
the British Telecom Jubilee/<br />
Olympic celebrations in 2012.<br />
He has exhibited in Miami,<br />
Berlin, LA, Hong Kong, South<br />
Africa, Tokyo, Oslo and the<br />
UK; and collaborated with<br />
numerous acclaimed artists<br />
including Stik and Ben Eine.<br />
His works are collected by Fat<br />
Boy Slim, Goldie and Dame<br />
Kelly Holmes.<br />
