TRANSFORMATION OF CONDURIL TO AN ANONYMOUS SOCIETY ADOPTION OF THE NAME CONDURIL ENGENHARIA SA 1976 2011 The Board of Directors is headed by the Chairman and includes seven other members, all with professional careers developed within the company, who constitute the Executive Committee. The company is based in Ermesinde - Portugal and has expanded its activities with branches in Angola, Mozambique, Morocco, Botswana, Cape Verde, Spain, Malawi, Senegal, Zambia, Gabon and South Africa. The persons in charge in each of these countries are members of the Board of Directors.
STRATEGY CONDURIL's strategy is to market, sell, execute and/or construct Civil Engineering Works (with or without design), complying with the quality and requirements of specifications, with the objective of achieving customer satisfaction and promoting long-term relationships. Wanting to be a company simultaneously more competitive and socially responsible, CONDURIL adopts technical and social responsibilities that: - continuously develops resources and processes to improve both quality and productivity, in the face of increasingly aggressive competition; - within a balanced and flexible organization, provide all the staff with opportunities for improved qualification, promotion, professional and social development, and the guarantee of permanent work. - comply with all applicable laws, regulations and specifications, as well as the requirements of the standards NP EN ISO 9001, NP EN ISO 14001, NP 4397 and OHSAS 18001 that constitute the structural basis of the organization of CONDURIL.
