Conduril - Engenharia, S.A. was incorporated in 1959 as a limited company,
purchased in 1970 by the current shareholders, and transformed into an
anonymous society in 1976. It is a publicly traded organization, with social capital
of 10 million Euros, represented by shares on the Portuguese Securities Market
Comission and listed on the second Euronext Market (Portugal).

The Board of Directors is headed by the Chairman and includes seven other
members, all with professional careers developed within the company, who
constitute the Executive Committee. The company is based in Ermesinde - Portugal
and has expanded its activities with branches in Angola, Mozambique, Morocco,
Botswana, Cape Verde, Spain, Malawi, Senegal, Zambia, Gabon and South Africa.
The persons in charge in each of these countries are members of the Board of
Directors.

STRATEGY
CONDURIL's strategy is to market, sell,
execute and/or construct Civil Engineering
Works (with or without design), complying
with the quality and requirements of
specifications, with the objective of
achieving customer satisfaction and
promoting long-term relationships.
Wanting to be a company simultaneously
more competitive and socially responsible,
CONDURIL adopts technical and social
responsibilities that:
- continuously develops resources and
processes to improve both quality and
productivity, in the face of increasingly
aggressive competition;

In the countries where it currently operates,
CONDURIL, S.A. has at its disposal a
workforce of 2,786 employees. From those,
90% are sourced from the local populations
and the remaining 10% are expatriate
workers, being specialized workers and
supervision.
The improvement of technical skills within
the company and the social responsibilities
carried out by CONDURIL reflect the
company's recognition of the value of its
human capital. As a demonstration of the
company's commitment to continuous
training, thousands of workers have already
been given extensive training, having even
been created the CONDURIL ACADEMY
project, both in Angola and Mozambique.
This professional development by CONDURIL
represents an investment of more than six
hundred thousand Euros per year.
The constitution of the Pension Fund
Conduril, in December 1989, is a further
reflection the social and human side of the
company, an indelible part of the CONDURIL
policy. This fund is fully supported and
financed by the Company, and reflected in
2016 a value of 8.2 million Euros.

Established in 2009, Conduril Academy - Center
for Vocational Training in Civil Construction and
Public Works - is today recognized as a center of
excellence in Angola and in Mozambique.
It is an accredited institution, officially
recognized by the bodies responsible for
vocational training in these two countries and
financed entirely by Conduril Engenharia S.A.
Despite not receiving any governmental subsidy
or financial support, the Conduril Academy, in
close and permanent collaboration with
Angola's Ministry of Education and Mozambique,
continues to serve as a provider of the process
of literacy and school acceleration of its
employees.
The mission of the Conduril Academy is to
provide vocational training for all employees of
the Conduril Group in Angola and Mozambique,
and simultaneously collaborate in the
improvement of literacy of its employees, thus
contributing to improve the quality of life at
both local and national level.
Because we believe that education is the
fundamental element for economic
development and social improvement, the
Conduril Academy plays a defining role in
furthering both the policies of CONDURIL and its
contribution to the society to which it belongs.

Since 2011, we highlight the positive development of literacy in the world of
CONDURIL workers in Angola. There was a reduction from 24% in 2011 to 3% in
2016.

Illiteracy rate in Conduril Angola falls 22 percentage points in 6 years. Currently, the illiteracy rate is
estimated at 3% (21 people). In 2011, this indicator had been of 24%, equivalent to 314 illiterate

3rd Prize of the National Literacy Prize 2013, awarded by the Eduardo dos Santos
Foundation, Ministry of Education, and the National Commission of UNESCO.
Conduril Academy was selected to represent Angola in the International Literacy
Prize of UNESCO in both 2013 and 2015.
Honorable mention awarded by UNESCO, recognizing the work carried out in the
sector of Education, on the occasion of the UNESCO International Literacy Prize
2015.
