With TheClassMoves®
we used children's inherit desire
to move to let them discover
their talents while moving.

TheClassMoves was introduced
throughout primary schools
in 4 different countries!

levels, and - in general - their
learning abilities during the day.

But instead of moving we now have
children discover their talents
like a true journalist,
moving around in their
daily environment

How does it work?

Children ask themselves:
What is my talent?
Who inspires me?
In stead of asking a child what he is good at,
we ask each child: "Who inspires you?"
Any rolemodel will tell us much about what
a child's hidden interests and talents are!

An inspiring person can be anyone:
From a child's mother, sister or grandma,
to its mayor, butcher, police man
or famous world leader.

Children go and find out
what their inspiring person
does or has to say!
We than aks each child to find out what it is this person
does. What are his interests? What does he read about?
Think about? Work for? What are his talents?

Based on their age,
children either research
this information online
or get in contact with
these inspiring people
like true journalists.

Children create
covers!
Children than create a small publication about the person
they want to portray. They shoot video, take photos, think
of texts. The publication gets published to inspire other children
worldwide.

Childpress offers a simple digital tool
for portraying an inspiring person.

Who is it for?

For classes
and youth centers!
ChildPress is for every child in the age of 8 to 25!
Every child can become a reporter. All children need to
actually publish content, is the help of one adult.
We therefor aim at Schools and Youth Centres
to become true PressCentres.

Childpress offers both paper and digital
tools for children to find
inspiring people around them...

We offer both paper and digital
tools to map the inspiring people
around them...

And we offer a tool for children to very
easily create their own covers!

To get in real contact with inspiring adults
classes and youth centres can actually turn their
environments into a PressCentre by setting up a
real Childpress Mobile Press-booth.

Together with Media Students we translate
the large input of covers into
publications on an every day basis.

What's next?

We started pilots at 3 locations:
Amsterdam, Brussels and
Arendal, Norway.

Already many children
had lots of fun...

... and found many inspiring adults!

Our goal:
Set up a PressCentre in
every mayor country / city...

... and create inspiring media
and publications!
