What is your morning routine?<br />
First thing I do when I get up is give God thanks for another day. I then walk the dogs followed by my protein shake.<br />
I can't start my day without it.<br />
What do you eat in a day?<br />
My favorite meal of the day is breakfast (If there's time) My mom made the best breakfasts growing up.<br />
How do you stay energized throughout the day?<br />
I drink Amino Energy throughout the day. My fiance got me hooked on it. We call it magic powder.
