Qualifications: The successful candidate will have an associate’s degree or 1-3<br />

years of post-high school training in building trades areas such as construction,<br />

electrical, plumbing, etc., with preference given to those with 5-10 years of<br />

progressive experience in building trades, supervision, and contractor or vendor<br />

negotiations. The ability to read schematics for building projects is also<br />

preferred. The candidate must be a person with strong organizational and<br />

computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook,<br />

Word and Excel; outstanding interpersonal, oral and written communication<br />

skills; and the ability to multi-task. The candidate must be a self-starter with<br />

METHOD OF SALE: Tract I will be offered first with final bid multiplied by 82.12 acres. Tract II will then<br />

Dordt College is accepting applications for a part-time<br />

assistant for both the men’s and women’s soccer<br />

programs. The college is also looking to fill a graduate<br />

assistant (GA) coaching position. As a GA, the assistant<br />

coach would also be a part of the Master of Education<br />

program.<br />

Duties for both positions may include but are not limited<br />

to: assisting the head coach with varsity practices and<br />
