Porterfield<br />
n 1887, Porterfield was separated from Peshtigo and <strong>Marinette</strong> to create the town which<br />
was named after a local farmer and businessman, John Porterfield. Porterfield is a quiet<br />

Made famous for the Porterfield <strong>Co</strong>untry Music Festival, the town becomes a booming<br />
mecca for campers and country music enthusiasts each June. The 10-day festival<br />
