Niagara<br />
Niagara, meaning “thundering waters” to the Iroquois Indians, is a fitting name for the<br />
northernmost city in <strong>Marinette</strong> <strong>Co</strong>unty. Nestled within the bluffs of the Menominee River,<br />
Niagara overlooks some of the most demanding whitewater in the Upper Midwest. Niagara<br />
combines outdoor recreation and industry to offer the economic support that makes this<br />
