select the option: on a backup contact number or email linked to your
account, and get the security code. Enter the code and get directed to
reset password page.

In case phone number or email is not associated, choose I
don’t have any of these. Enter the email address which you
are accessing or create new Outlook.com account. Enter
the code sent to your email and tap Verify. Answer the
prompted questionnaire (related to your email ID) carefully
and click Submit. Wait for a response within 24 hours a link
to reset password will be provided. So Reset password and
get back to your work.
