TRY TO REMAIN IN THE PRESENT<br />

Anxious people tend to put too<br />

much emphasis on the past or the future<br />

and miss out on the joy of the present.<br />

This will make you feel worried and<br />

overwhelmed, and that can cause a panic<br />

attack. Keep anxious feelings to a low level<br />

and do not focus on anxious thoughts.<br />

During times when you feel anxious, watching<br />

an enjoyable comedy can be helpful. This<br />

genre can help bring laughter to your life,<br />

offer a new perspective and take your mind<br />

off of the troubles that caused your anxiety.<br />

A lot of people use hot tea when they<br />

are dealing with anxiety. Drinking it helps<br />

create a feeling of relaxation. With this or<br />

any other technique, be sure to consult<br />

your doctor first as relaxation might not<br />

be enough to stop anxiety. If you find that<br />

your anxiety doesn’t leave after a period of<br />

time, you must consider talking things out<br />

with a medical professional to improve.<br />

treatment options. Your physician can<br />
