CREATE A SCHEDULE<br />
You should use calendars, journals,<br />
and other planning tools. Purchase day<br />
planners and write things down. Create<br />
a set schedule and consult it as often as<br />
needed. Writing these things down and<br />
looking at them will help your mind. Once<br />
you have looked at the information, you<br />
will be more likely to remember it. This is<br />
especially useful for those who are prone<br />
to forgetfulness.<br />

REMEMBER BY ASSOCIATION<br />
If you’re trying to remember<br />
something, associate it with a funny<br />
image, song, or phrase. Humor makes<br />
learning more fun, and you will find it is<br />
easier to remember things later. If there<br />
are times when someone has given you<br />
information, and you are having a hard<br />
time remembering it, you may want to try<br />
to put it in your own words and then try<br />
to learn it. It’s often easier for people to<br />
remember something if they’ve worded it<br />
