DON’T LET SWEAT<br />

STAY ON YOUR SKIN<br />

When trying to prevent acne, it is vital<br />

not to let sweat stay on your body for too<br />

long. As sweat stays on your skin, it begins<br />

to clog up your pores, leading to acne. A<br />

short, warm shower should do the trick.<br />

Wash your face immediately after working<br />

out or after you have sweated profusely.<br />

Keep facial cleansing wipes with you if you<br />

are away from home. This will help you<br />

quickly and easily wash away bacteria.<br />

Remember that wipes are strictly a<br />

stopgap solution; they cannot replace the<br />

thorough cleansing you can do at home!<br />

WATCH WHAT YOU EAT AND DRINK<br />

Another great way to help reduce the<br />

occurrence of acne would be to decrease<br />

meats and dairy from your diet. There<br />

might be hormones in the meat and dairy<br />

items that can cause imperfections in your<br />

skin. Caffeine can have negative effects<br />

on your skin, causing more acne. Drinking<br />

less caffeine will make your skin healthier.<br />

A lot of people aren’t aware of the best<br />

skincare routines to reduce breakouts.<br />

Do not feel isolated because of your acne;<br />

you are in good company. Just follow the<br />

above tips and you’re on your way to<br />

having clearer skin.<br />
