C. STRUCTURE CHARACTER<br />
ELW-<strong>440</strong>/<strong>446</strong> <strong>Pump</strong> can be widely used in all kinds of works in oil field. When the cylinder liner<br />
specification is 6"-3 1/2", piston structure is recommended and it is suitable for Oil-Well Repair<br />
and shallow-well drilling, etc. When the cylinder liner specification is 3 1/4"-2", axial piston<br />
structure is recommended and it is suitable for high-pressure work.<br />
a.The <strong>Pump</strong> stand is constructed of steel plates by welding. Furthermore, because the post<br />
weld annealing treatment is applied to eliminate the internal stress, its strength is high and its<br />
steel is good. Moreover, the strengthening plate structure is adopted in the crank shaft bearing<br />
house and the main bearing house, therefore its strength is high and its steel is good.<br />
b.The crank shaft is constructed of forgings in balance, and thus it is light in weight and it runs<br />
smoothly without any vibration.<br />
c.The gear shaft is made of forgings of alloy steel and the herringbone gear as a whole is<br />
installed with medium hardness tooth surface gear on the shaft.<br />

d.The cross head is made of ductile cast iron by entire cast which thus makes the<br />
wear-resistant good. The guide plate is formed in up- and - down structure which thus can<br />
adjust the concentricity by the gasket in the up or the down gasket.<br />
e.The hydraulic cylinder is made of alloy steel cast in straight-through type and its volume<br />
small and volumetric efficiency high. Furthermore, the surface of the cylinder has been treated<br />
with chemical nickel-plating to enhance its wear-resistant.<br />
f.The cylinder liners of the W<strong>440</strong>/<strong>446</strong> pump have a same sized external diameter. The fasten<br />
effect is achieved by the squared cylinder liner pressing cover and the bolt pressing the<br />
hydraulic cylinder. The seal between the cylinder liner and the hydraulic cylinder is achieved by<br />
the rubber mat in rectangle.<br />
g.In the lubrication system, the forced lubricating is adopted. The gear oil pump, which is<br />
installed in the oil rank, transmits the pressured oil, through lubrication lines, into the cross head<br />
guide plate and all the shafts to achieve the forced lubrication and cooling purpose.<br />
