"Rinchen" means precious, it is a name given to precious medicines in the Tibetan tradition, medicines which have been created from the Buddha himself to help sentient beings. Rinchen Tea warms the Kidney Yang and Qi, its replenishes the kidney essence (Jing) and the essence of all organs and also nourishes the liver and heart blood.

2- Cover the herbs with a quart of cold water - just cover the herbs with water.<br />
3- Slowly heat the water to a simmer, but do not cover.<br />
4- Allow to gently simmer for 5 to 15 minutes.<br />
5- Strain the herbs and reserve the tea in a quart jar or a thermos bottle and drink.<br />
You can use the same herbs 3 times a day.<br />
