Bangladesh recently held in

The Gallery was packed 

with people both foreign and

approach Mr. Lee takes with 

his works of Art. 

Prof. Nasreen uses all 

Natural materials for her 

paper. She took part in 

many exhibitions at home

educationist Prof. Nazrul 

Islam commented on Prof.

at all times, constantly re-applying or 

refreshing our make-up.

the skin. Some make-up removers 

also contain preservatives including 

formaldehyde which can be allergenic, 

while others are highly fragranced.” 

Experts says that using the 

right make-up remover is 

vital to keeping skin looking 

youthful and flawless. 

“Going to sleep without removing 

makeup can lead to acne breakouts, 

accelerate the aging process and make 

the skin look dull,” said Girard. “There 

are a plethora of cosmetic products that 

can often confuse, so if you are not sure 

what your skin type is or what product 

is best for your skin, use a make-up 

removerthat is suitable for all types of 

skin.” 

If you suffer from specific skin conditions 

such as rosacea or eczema, it is especially 

important to use a hypoallergenic 

fragrance-free make-up remover. Liquid 

cleansers work well for individuals with 

sensitive skin. And if your skin is more 

tolerant, you should be able to use water 

soluble make-up remover without any 

trouble.

e-CAB news starts its journey

great resource for young people who want 

to learn about e-Commerce and start their

I am hopeful that e-CAB News will be a

Most of them are young and have limited 

experience. They should learn about

young artist Suha Anadil Chowdhury

nine year old Suha, who is also doing

year. 

`Chotto Pakhi’ the debut album of Suha 

Anadil Chowdhury has nine similar 

songs including the track `Ma’. On 

the eve of the upcoming International 

Mothers’ Day, the cover unveil of 

this brilliant album `Chotto Pakhi’ 

produced by Prokriti Entertainment 

and distributed by Fahim Music, was 

held at the La-Vita Grand Hall of Hotel 

Lakeshore in Gulshan-2 area at 7-00 

PM this evening. 

In presence of social delegates and 

cultural elites of the country plus the 

mass media, noted singer Samina 

Chowdhury and rock star Shafin Ahmed 

from the band Miles unveiled the cover 

of the album `Chotto Pakhi’. 

Earlier, Tanisha, as the host, introduced 

the artist Suha Anadil Chowdhury to 

the audience over a song `Ek Dui Tin’. 

Afterwards, Dr Sohana Ahmed, music 

teacher of Suha as well as writer of the 

track `Ma’, spoke on the potent of the 

young artist. Noted singer Tanvir Alam 

Sajeeb, who also did the music of the 

album, said a few words about the gift 

of the artist. 

Then came two nicely crafted music 

video `Ma’ and `Khela’ on big 

screen for the audience. President

on their appreciation for the artist.

her sweet melody. Finally, Badhon, the 

owner of Prokriti Entertainment and 

the mother of the artist Suha came on 

stage and gave out the vote of thanks to 

all. The memorable event ended with a 

sumptuous dinner for all. 

It might also be noted here that, 

Suha Anadil Chowdhury has already 

completed a one-year certificate course 

from the Chayanot. Besides, she stood 

third in the Dhaka divisional contest 

of Udichi in 2013 and clinched the 

best singer award from Gulshan Youth 

Club in 2013 and 2014 respectively. 

In addition to this, she is a consistent 

student learning on Rabindra, Nazrul, 

Lalon and modern music on a regular

• You should apply sunscreen, if you expect to be in the sun more than 20 minutes. Even if 

you don’t think you will be in the sun as long period of time, daily routine activities such as 

running errands, walking to the store or driving to the Bank, can put your skin for UV (ultra 

violate) damage. Choose a broad-spectrum sun screen which will protect the skin from both 

UFB and UVA rays. 

• Get used to regularly applying sun screen just as you would moisturize. For short term 

exposure (and depending on your individual skin care needs), moisturizer with SPF 15 will 

do. People often forget about sunlight that comes through office and car windows, as well 

as the windows of the homes. Wearing sun screen on a regular basis will actually allow for 

some repairs of damaged skin. 

• Apply sunscreen to dry 30 minutes before expose to the sun, to provide adequate time to 

absorb into the skin. Apply to areas that will be exposed, paying attention to the face, ears, 

hands and arms. 

• Apply liberally. The general guide line is one ounce (2 table spoons or a short-glassful) to 

completely cover the body, but the amount to use will be determined by height and weight. 

If one bottle of sun screen lasts you are an entire summer, you are not using enough. Reapply

sunlight and swimming or 

sweating. 

• Water proof/ water- resistant sun 

screens lose effectiveness after 80 

minutes in water. Re-apply before 

this time and if you have toweldried. 

If your plans involve going

be before 11 am or after 3pm when 

sun is less intense. 

• Wear light coloured clothing to 

deflect rays. Avoid dark colours 

like black, which absorbs sunlight. 

Also try sun protective clothing 

manufactures by SPF protection. 

• Wear hats visors and UV-blocking 

sunglasses or shield yourself under 

umbrella or in shade, especially 

on extremely hot days. Make sure 

that wide-brimmed hats are really 

protecting you from the sun. if you 

can see a pattern on your face from 

where the sun is shining through 

your straw hat, you are not getting 

enough. 

• Sunscreen is the best way to 

protect your skin from the ravages 

of the sun. the trick is to use a 

sunscreen that gives protection 

against both UVA and UVB rays. 

In this regard, if you are worried 

about or sensitive to certain 

ingredients, ask your dermatogist 

for recommendations. Choosing 

you sunscreen wisely ensure you 

are adequately protected.

the skin causing premature skin 

aging, skin cancer and a part of 

skin changes. Many skin changes 

that were commonly believed to 

be due to aging, such as bruising,

Choose brown, charcoal and plum pencils for 

light yet defined eyes. Add a dash of mascara

Apply a layer of eyeshadow in toffee and

Tricks for Summers: 

• To avoid makeup breakdown in summers 

it is important to prep your T-zone with a 

light antiperspirant product. 

• Apply a lightweight primer, and then 

apply a lightweight foundation. It’s better 

if you opt for a tinted moisturizer with SPF 

instead of your regular foundation. Tinted 

moisturizers feel much lighter on skin. If 

you do not want to spend money on a tinted 

moisturizer then here is what you can do. 

Just combine a small amount of your liquid 

foundation with an equally small amount of 

moisturizer. It will thin it out and 

provide you with a lighter coat. 

• Stay away from concealer; apply 

a small amount of foundation to 

conceal any spots. 

• Avoid using pressed powder in 

summers as it can form patches 

on skin. If you must use it, use it 

sparingly. 

• Apply an eye primer and then 

use a soft shimmery eye shadow 

on your lids. To get that glow 

on your lids opt for a coloured 

eye gloss. These don’t crease as 

quickly as a cream shadow. Do 

not opt for cream eye shadow as 

they can melt off the face in hot 

summer months. 

• Apply waterproof or longwear 

gel eyeliner in colours like 

brown, black and navy. Curl your 

lashes and apply a few coats of 

waterproof mascara. Or still 

better use a smear proof clear 

lash gel for a glimmering effect. 

• For cheek colour, apply a light 

layer of a gel or liquid blush.

• Finish your look with a few sprites of a makeup-setting 

spray. 

• To hide your body scars try body concealers which are 

water-resistant. 

Understand your sunscreen: 

There are two types of sun block products: 

• Physical sun block: The main ingredients in these 

products are titanium dioxide or zinc oxide. Physical 

sun block stick better to the skin than chemical one. 

Since they are chemical-free they do not tingle or sting 

like chemical ones. You can try Neutrogena Sensitive 

Skin UVA/UVB Sun block. 

• Chemical sun block: The main ingredient in such sun 

block is octyl methoxycinnamate. 

Do not move out of your house until your sunscreen has 

dried out completely or say is absorbed into your skin. 

People who are allergic to sunscreen can opt for oil-free 

and fragrance-free product.
