LEWIS REECE SAYS HE’S WORKING AS HARD<br />

AS HE CAN TO BOOK A PLACE IN THE WALES<br />

SQUAD AT THIS YEAR’S WORLD CUP.<br />

After being named in the 38 man train-on<br />

squad, along with his <strong>All</strong> <strong>Golds</strong> team mates<br />

Steven Parry and Courtney Davies, Reece<br />

says he’ll do everything he can to book a<br />

place on the plane to Australia. He said:<br />

“There’s nothing better than playing for<br />

your country, I’ve been lucky enough to play<br />

seven times for Wales and I’ve loved every<br />

minute. I’m a proud Welshman so to get the<br />

chance to play in a World Cup would mean<br />

everything to me. We’ve got a very strong<br />

squad so competition for places is going to<br />

be tough. <strong>All</strong> I can concentrate on is playing<br />

well and fingers crossed I make it.<br />

Reece, who played his 100th professional<br />

game in the 32-18 loss at Hunslet last week,<br />

says the decision to re-join the <strong>All</strong> <strong>Golds</strong><br />
