TERMS OF REFERENCE<br />

In conjunction with the Rugby Development Officers to –<br />

• Manage and co-ordinate actions needed to deliver the Community Rugby section of the RFU<br />

Strategic Plan (excluding playing, coaching and officiating).<br />

• Develop a Volunteer Co-ordinator programme for Clubs.<br />

• Manage and a Club Development and Accreditation programme.<br />

• Identify and assist Clubs at Risk.<br />

• Develop and manage a Club Facilities Strategy for the Constituent Body.<br />

Army RFU Liaison Officer.<br />

The powers of the Rugby Development Partnership are to have overall responsibility for<br />

- Coach and Referee Development<br />

- Playing and development programmes<br />

- Club / education links<br />

The general Terms of Reference of the Rugby Development Partnership are to:<br />

• Manage integrated player development and playing programmes within structured<br />

season and link to youth and schools competitions.<br />
