Timeless charm and effortless beauty
SEE
ith its emblamatic vistas of white and blue villas
clinging to the hillside, above a dramatic drop
down to the perfectly azure waters, burning orange
sunsets and the vivid shock of the pink and purple
Bougainvillea; Greece is the epitomy of the Mediterranean
splendour. However, Greece has more to offer
than sun, sea and pretty views alone.
The country is home to one of the oldest and most
fascinating histories in Europe and its people are
arguably amongst the most hospitable. Journey back in
time and find pure serenity in the land of myths and
legends, getting lost in tales of the Greek Gods, or
falling in love with the glittering bays of the Ionian Sea.
Then, let the evening fade to night as you watch the
world go by whilst savouring a delicious Mediterranean
meal paired with consistently warm hospitality in a
traditional taverna.
DO
• Visit some of the most iconic ruins of Greece, including
the Acropolis in Athens, or the sprawling site of Olympia
in Peloponnese.
• Spend a day getting back to nature in one of the 12 national
parks in Greece, including that which surrounds Mount Olympus
– a paradise for nature-lovers, mythology enthusiasts
and all types of active holiday makers.
• Greece is the ideal family holiday destination as it is an important
part of the Greek culture to be exceedingly welcoming
and warm towards children, so you will find just about
everywhere you go that children are greeted with open arms.
• Crete is home to a number of popular water parks, which
are sure to keep children happy for hours on end whilst you
enjoy some quality time together.

SERVICE
models
W
ith more than 44,000 privately owned
holiday homes, our service models vary
depending on the individual home owners and
how they choose to rent their property. What is
and what is not included is clearly displayed
during the booking process along with any costs
that will need to be paid locally. We have listed
the three main service models below:
All Inclusive
Many of our holiday homes are now “All Inclusive”,
which means that the price you pay upfront
includes the property rental, consumption costs
(such as water, gas and electricity) and all bed
linen, towels and cleaning.
Excluding consumption costs
A proportion of our holiday home owners believe
it is fairer to charge customers only for the
consumption that they use (such as water, gas
and electricity) So whenever it is stated that
consumption costs are excluded, the price on our
website or on the phone will only include the
basic rental price. If you choose to book one of
these homes, you will simply need to pay locally
for the consumption of water, gas and/or
electricity that you use during your holiday.
Bed linen or towels
A number of our holiday homes give you the
choice to either bring your own bed linen and/or
towels with you (this is a popular option with our
European customers) or to pay for them to be
provided locally. These options will be clearly
visible to you during the booking process whether
you prefer to book online or by phone.
