We have come a long way from our humble 

beginnings in a basement office in Denmark in 

1968; we now employ over 1500 people in more

7 million flower bulbs are planted in a park covering an area

All prices featured in this brochure are based on 

per property per week, valid as of the time of 

print (01 July 2017); they are subject to availability, 

based on low season dates (e.g. April, May, 

October 2017/8) unless otherwise stated and 

Terms of Rental apply. 

Deposit 

Just a 25% deposit is required to secure your 

ideal home if you decide to book 56 days or more 

in advance (8 weeks). The remaining balance is 

not due until 42 days (6 weeks) before your 

arrival. Once you have paid for your holiday, your 

rental voucher and travel directions will be 

available for you to print at your leisure.

By plane 

Travelling by plane is often by far the quickest 

way to get to your desired destination and with 

so many options to choose from it has never 

been easier to fly from an airport near home. 

By car/ferry/Eurotunnel 

Some of our customers love the convenience of 

having their own car and decide to drive to their 

destination in the comfort of their own car. So if 

you decide to spend your next holiday in France, 

Spain, Holland, Belgium or Germany, it makes 

sense to access Europe through the Eurotunnel 

or by ferry and enjoy maximum freedrom and 

flexibility in your own car.

SERVICE 

models 

W 

ith more than 44,000 privately owned 

holiday homes, our service models vary 

depending on the individual home owners and 

how they choose to rent their property. What is 

and what is not included is clearly displayed 

during the booking process along with any costs 

that will need to be paid locally. We have listed 

the three main service models below: 

All Inclusive 

Many of our holiday homes are now “All Inclusive”, 

which means that the price you pay upfront 

includes the property rental, consumption costs 

(such as water, gas and electricity) and all bed 

linen, towels and cleaning. 

Excluding consumption costs 

A proportion of our holiday home owners believe 

it is fairer to charge customers only for the 

consumption that they use (such as water, gas 

and electricity) So whenever it is stated that 

consumption costs are excluded, the price on our 

website or on the phone will only include the 

basic rental price. If you choose to book one of 

these homes, you will simply need to pay locally 

for the consumption of water, gas and/or 

electricity that you use during your holiday. 

Bed linen or towels 

A number of our holiday homes give you the 

choice to either bring your own bed linen and/or 

towels with you (this is a popular option with our 

European customers) or to pay for them to be 

provided locally. These options will be clearly 

visible to you during the booking process whether 

you prefer to book online or by phone.
