I hope you’ve all had a great summer! I’m very happy to be able to send you all a<br />

note this week because the Digital Team has some very exciting updates to share<br />

with you.<br />

After a lot of hard work and partnership from our global teams,<br />

We continue to put the consumer first by blurring the lines between online and<br />

offline. Along with the ‘Online Only’ program that Dirk and team launched earlier<br />

this summer, we’ll also be launching an in-store inventory check functionality in<br />

October. This enhancement to the website will allow users to quickly see if a local<br />

store has the style, colourway and size that they’re interested in. This will not only<br />

improve the omni-channel consumer experience but will also drive additional instore<br />

traffic!<br />

In the coming months, we’ll also be expanding ecommerce capabilities into<br />

more European countries. By the middle of October we’ll have new<br />

ecommerce websites live in Denmark, Finland, Czech Republic and Poland.<br />

Lastly, I want to THANK YOU for all of your hard work to continue to grow<br />

our newsletter database. We’re now averaging over 5,000 new sign-ups a<br />

week coming our stores and will soon pass our goal of 1,000,000<br />

subscribers! This program is driving repeat visits and sales across all<br />

channels, so keep it up.<br />

As always, send us any feedback you have about the website. Our success is<br />

built on everyone’s hard work and dedication to constant improvement so<br />
