BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS HOW TO BOOK For further information about our festive parties and details of available dates, please contact our Christmas and Events teams at your hotel of choice. AVAILABILITY In the first instance please contact the Christmas and Events team to check availability. CONFIRMATION/CHANGES Written confirmation should be sent within 14 days of the provisional reservation, a £10.00 deposit per person is required to confirm. All deposits are non-refundable, any subsequent amendments must be confirmed in writing to avoid errors or misunderstanding between us. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS Some items on our menus may contain nuts, seeds or other allergens. There is a small chance that traces of these may be in other foods served here. We understand the potential risks of those with severe allergies; we make every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions and instruct our kitchen team on the severity of food allergies. Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies in your party. FINAL NUMBERS Final numbers and the final menu choices (if required) should be notified to us at least 14 days prior to your booking. Those numbers will form the basis of your account unless more attend the event. Deposits paid for non-arrivals or cancellations are non-refundable. FINAL PAYMENT On the basis of the above, full payment for your event is payable no later than 30 days prior to your event. If there is a shortfall in the final numbers against those already booked, those deposits are forfeited and cannot be offset against the final payment. Last minute cancellations will not be accepted within 30 days of the event and prior to that the refund will not include the deposit. CANCELLATION BY THE HOTEL In the unlikely event that the hotel has to cancel any event or package, an alternative date or venue will be offered or a full refund given. The hotel reserves the right to alter, amend or change any content, menus or prices in this brochure, should the circumstances demand. ALL-INCLUSIVE DRINKS Drinks listed are served in single measures, excludes premium beers, premium spirits, premium liqueurs, energy drinks and shots. Cash bar prices apply to all of these products.
