For further information about our festive<br />

your hotel of choice.<br />
AVAILABILITY<br />
In the first instance please contact the<br />
<strong>Christmas</strong> and Events team to check<br />
availability.<br />
CONFIRMATION/CHANGES<br />
Written confirmation should be sent <strong>with</strong>in 14<br />
days of the provisional reservation, a £10.00<br />
deposit per person is required to confirm. All<br />
deposits are non-refundable, any subsequent<br />
amendments must be confirmed in writing to<br />
avoid errors or misunderstanding between us.<br />
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS<br />
Some items on our menus may contain nuts,<br />
seeds or other allergens. There is a small<br />
chance that traces of these may be in other<br />
foods served here. We understand the<br />
potential risks of those <strong>with</strong> severe allergies;<br />
we make every attempt to identify ingredients<br />
that may cause allergic reactions and instruct<br />
our kitchen team on the severity of food<br />
allergies. Please inform us of any dietary<br />
requirements or allergies in your party.<br />
FINAL NUMBERS<br />
Final numbers and the final menu choices (if<br />
required) should be notified to us at least 14<br />
days prior to your booking. Those numbers<br />
will form the basis of your account unless<br />
more attend the event. Deposits paid for<br />
non-arrivals or cancellations are non-refundable.<br />
FINAL PAYMENT<br />
On the basis of the above, full payment for<br />
your event is payable no later than 30 days<br />
prior to your event. If there is a shortfall in the<br />
final numbers against those already booked,<br />
those deposits are forfeited and cannot be<br />
offset against the final payment. Last minute<br />
cancellations will not be accepted <strong>with</strong>in 30<br />
days of the event and prior to that the refund<br />
will not include the deposit.<br />
CANCELLATION BY THE HOTEL<br />
In the unlikely event that the hotel has to<br />
cancel any event or package, an alternative<br />
date or venue will be offered or a full refund<br />
given. The hotel reserves the right to alter,<br />
amend or change any content, menus or prices<br />
in this brochure, should the circumstances<br />
demand.<br />
