TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Price
Our prices are “Ex Works” or FOB our
Warehouse and may be modified at any
time without notice.
Payment terms
Our regular payment terms are Net 30 days
from date of shipment. In order to obtain
credit terms, a customer must fill the appropriate
form. After review, Multi-Formes will
establish if any, the amount of credit a customer
may use. A 2% monthly administrative
fee, calculated daily will apply to any past
due account. The first order must be paid in
full before shipment.
Means of payment
All accounts may be settled by cash, cheque,
electronic money transfer or through credit
cards. Only VISA and MASTERCARD credit
cards are accepted.
Delivery
Multi-Formes will ship all orders in the most
efficient and economic way possible at the
time of shipment. All orders will be shipped
without back orders as much as possible.
Order cancellation
When confirmed, an order cannot be
cancelled without the express authorization
of Multi-Formes.
Returns and claims
All claims must be made within 10 days
of receipt of the goods. After that date, all
goods are presumed to have been received
in good conditions and with the right quantities.
No returns will be accepted without the
written approbation of Multi-Formes. A minimum
fee of 15% of sales price of the goods
returned will be charged to the customer as
a special handling charge. Freight cost for
returned goods are to be absorbed by the
customer and the returned goods must be in
their original packaging and must not have
been used or otherwise damaged. No return
will be accepted past 30 days from date
of shipment.
