Research <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> Journal of Climate. She has served on several scientific advisory committees, including <strong>the</strong> National Academy of Sciences Atmospheric Chemistry<br />

Committee <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> National Academy of Sciences Panel on Aerosol Forcing <strong>and</strong> Climate Change. She has served as Secretary of <strong>the</strong> Atmospheric Sciences Section<br />

of <strong>the</strong> American Geophysical Union), David H. Lister (Technical Manager in <strong>the</strong> Propulsion Department of <strong>the</strong> UK Defence Research <strong>and</strong> Evaluation Agency (DERA).<br />

He has served as Project Manager in <strong>the</strong> European Community AERONOX program, as a member of <strong>the</strong> U.S. National Academy of Sciences/National Research<br />

Council Panel on Atmospheric Effects of Stratospheric Aircraft, as Chairman of ICAO/CAEP/WG3 (emissions) Technology <strong>and</strong> Certification Subgroup, <strong>and</strong> as lead<br />

author in <strong>the</strong> World Meteorological Organization's Scientific Assessment of Ozone Depletion (1994)) David J. Griggs (Head of <strong>the</strong> IPCC Working Group I Technical<br />

Support Unit at <strong>the</strong> Hadley Centre, UK Meteorological Office), David J. Dokken (Project Administrator of <strong>the</strong> IPCC Working Group II Technical Support Unit,<br />

Washington, DC, USA) <strong>and</strong> Mack McFarl<strong>and</strong> (Principal Scientist in Environmental Programs at DuPont Fluoroproducts, Wilmington, DE, USA).<br />
