if E-__ -4 :1- I J 4 Fred and Winnie Williams are Anamosa natives. They met while students at Anamosa High School where they graduated in I957. Winnie grew up on the Poppe family farm on Highway 151 about half-way between Anamosa and Monticello where she and Fred still live today. Their sons also grew up on the farm which is in the Monticello school district. Fred and Winnie started in the mobile home court business in I969 and in the early 80s started selling all forms of manufactured homes. Fawn Creek Homes Ltd. and Fawn Creek Mobile Home Park is a family business. It includes Fred and Winnie Williams, Kevin, Greg, Faye and Jill. Other employees include Doni Limeburg of Wyoming and Wilmer Coyl of Hiawatha and Chris Simmons of Monticello. Winnie and her family are justifiably proud of the appearance and atmosphere of Fawn Creek court. “Everyone here is a homeowner and very conscious of keeping up their property. We have very few problems, because we have quality residents." FAimwCMnEEK H01}/1Es, LTD. . Phone 462-4711 -P ' .-_': "">II_i_vo 86 _ 0 1}-
