TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THE AUTOMATIC RM 007 TITALYT ®
Taking cues from the Caliber RM 016, the Ladies’ watch Richard Mille RM 007 now takes the spotlight
with the introduction of a new Titalyt ® version.
A special process of titanium oxidation improves the strength of the metal, and consequently its ability
to resist scratching, wear and tear, as well as corrosion, according to Standard AMS 2488D.
The bio-compatible treatment is utilized in many cutting-edge sectors such as racing cars, the
aerospace industry and in high-tech medical applications.
Thanks to this material, unseen in watchmaking prior to the release of the RM 016 Titalyt ® ,
the RM 007 gains greater strength and elegance, and proves once more that Richard Mille has devoted
a prominent place in his collection to Ladies watches.
The RM 007 Titalyt ® , with its balanced blend of the highly technical and the aesthetic, is indeed
a sumptuous addition to a Ladies collection containing numerous versions of the Caliber RM 007
as well as the exceptional Tourbillon RM 019, released in 2009.

BI-DIRECTIONAL AUTOMATIC WINDING
The rotor is fitted with an auto-reverse system.
This patented system is the result of a technical, high performance solution.
The main characteristics are the minimal amount of space it occupies and the narrow dead reverse
angle of only 7° when the rotor changes direction.
DATE DISPLAY
Vertical date aperture at 6 o’clock, with sapphire crystal calendar disc treated with anti-glare coating
on both sides.
GRADE 5 TITANIUM SPLINE SCREWS
This permits better control of the torque applied to the screws during assembly. These screws are
therefore unaffected by physical manipulation during assembly or disassembly and age well.
NEW GEAR TEETH PROFILE
The central involute profile of the teeth promotes effective rotary motion and allows the
compensation of possible variations in the engagement of the going train. This insures excellent
torque transmission with a distinct improvement in performance.
