About PEPPERMINT
Peppermint was founded in 2004 by Director and CEO Jade Thompson, after having identified
a gap in the market for a professionally run advertising and marketing agency with creative flair
and a proactive approach. A commercially astute and creative marketing strategist, Jade has
years of experience in the field of marketing, having worked for over nine years in top advertising
agencies in London and the Midlands. Her wealth of experience includes planning and managing
innovative marketing campaigns for blue chip clients such as Volvo Construction, Philips, Abbey
National (and its retail partners Costa Coffee, Carphone Warehouse and Safeway), Alliance &
Leicester, Black & Decker, JVC, Heinz and ALDI. Her passion, dedication and business acumen
have since taken the company from strength to strength.
Peppermint is now in its 13th year of trading and continues to deliver quality work to companies
in Spain, Gibraltar, the UK and beyond (we have completed projects for clients in Singapore, the
Bahamas, New York, Washington, the Cayman Islands and Dubai!)
We are a small but perfectly formed team of five (Marketing Director and Founder, a Senior
Graphic Designer, Web Designer, Digital Marketing Manager and Account Manager) but we also
have a strong team of ten contracted freelancers whom we utilise depending on scope of project
and skills required. These include web developers, web designers, copywriters, photographers,
graphic designers and marketing strategists. They all work under the Peppermint banner so that
we are able to provide a seamless service to our clients.
