Hannoverskie targi Agritechnika 

to definicja przyszłości światowego 

rolnictwa. Od pierwszej imprezy, 

która odbyła się w 1985 roku organizator 

targów, DLG (Niemieckie 

Towarzystwo Rolnicze), odnotowuje 

rosnące ilości wystawców i gości. 

Wyraźną cechą charakterystyczną 

targów Agritechnica jest ich przejrzysta 

struktura tematyczna. W ten 

sposób goście z całego świata zastają

konkursu. Niezależna komisja 

przyznała 5 złotych medali i 44

Środek nie wymaga zbyt dużej ilości wody, jest odporny 

na temperaturę. W 10 minut po zastosowaniu można już 

przystąpić do uprawy gleby bez utraty skuteczności. Zawarte 

w preparacie AKRA STROH R.+P miedź, mangan i cynk 

powodują rozkład lignin w resztkach pożniwnych. Żelazo 

i molibden reagują z celulozą. Dodatkowo molibden odżywia 

bakterie azotowe. 

Bakteria MEGATERIUM PHOSPHORICUM (P) może reagować 

z każdym rodzajem nawozów organicznych w glebie - rozszczepia 

organicznie związany fosforan i tym samym czyni go 

dostępnym dla roślin. Według naszych dotychczasowych 

badań, bakteria ta, w zależności od dostępnej substancji organicznej, 

mobilizuje do 30kg fosforu elementarnego (P) na 

hektar.

Wprowadzając do gleby słomę oraz resztki pożniwne w postaci 

ścierni i korzeni poprawiamy właściwości fizyczne i chemiczne 

gleby. Resztki pożniwne oraz słoma tworzą próchnicę co jest 

bardzo istotne zwłaszcza na glebach lekkich, które są ubogie 

w próchnicę. Jeżeli zadbamy o prawidłowy rozkład słomy 

i resztek pożniwnych wartość ich będzie tylko nieco mniejsza 

niż obornika. 

W celu prawidłowego rozkładu słomy w glebie oraz maksymalnego 

wykorzystania jej składników należy przestrzegać 

następujących zasad : 

• odpowiednio rozdrobnić – im krótsze fragmenty tym lepszy 

rozkład 

• odpowiednio wymieszać resztki pożniwne z glebą 

Przy wprowadzaniu słomy do gleby należy pamiętać, że stosowanie 

fungicydów w roślinie uprawnej powoduje, że rozkład 

trwa dłużej. Podobnie na glebach lekkich, które z reguły są 

bardziej kwaśne czas rozkładu wydłuża się. Nierozłożona słoma 

absorbuje wodę co z kolei ma wpływ na słabsze wschody 

Zastosowanie AKRA Stroh R.+P pozwala rozbić cząsteczki 

organiczne resztek pożniwnych tj celuloza i lignina, dlatego 

proces mineralizacji nie wymaga dodatkowego nawożenie 

N-azotem, w celu wyrównania stosunku C:N.

Entscheidungen beim Pflanzenschutz 

bedeuten für den Landwirt derzeit noch: 

viele Einzelinformationen selbst zusammenzufassen. 

Durch die steigende 

Komplexität der zu berücksichtigenden 

Informationen und Auflagen kann es 

ungewollt zu Fehlanwendungen mit 

der Gefahr des Eintrags von Pflanzenschutzmitteln 

auf sogenannten Nicht- 

-Zielflächen kommen. Connected Crop 

Protection mit Pflanzenschutz-Anwendungs-Manager 

ist ein intuitives Entscheidungsunterstützungssystem 

zur 

zielorientierten, termingerechten und 

präzisen Applikation von Pflanzenschutzmitteln. 

Bei diesem System werden 

Schlüsseltechnologien für die Pflanzenschutzempfehlungen, Fahrerunterstützung bei der Befüllung 

der Spritze und Ausbringung im Feld unter automatisierter Berücksichtigung von Abstandsauflagen 

sowie deren lückenloser Dokumentation integriert. So wird der von BASF und John Deere gemeinsam 

mit den öffentlichen Partnern ISIP, ZEPP, JKI und KTBL entwickelte Service Pflanzenschutz-Anwendungs-Manager 

nahtlos in die Gesamtlösung integriert. Die Datenübergabe erfolgt im herstellerunabhängigen 

ISO-XML Format, welches die Offenheit für weitere Implementierungen des Pflanzenschutzanwendungs-Managers 

sichert. Auf Basis dieses Industriestandards können zukünftig auch 

Beiträge anderer Partner oder Entscheidungsunterstützungssysteme eingebunden oder die Planung 

mit der Pflanzenschutztechnologie anderer Hersteller umgesetzt werden. So werden alle notwendigen 

Informationen wie Daten, Wissen und Werkzeuge erstmalig zu einem Ganzen miteinander 

verknüpft, um dem Anwender eine agronomisch optimierte sowie rechtskonforme, teilflächenspezifische 

Pflanzenschutzapplikation zu ermöglichen. Der Anwender steuert den Kreislauf, plant und editiert 

teilschlagspezifische Anwendungen, dokumentiert erledigte Arbeiten und erteilt den Partnern 

Zugang zur Beratung. Der anschließenden Ausführung der definierten und rechtskonformen Anwendung, 

inklusive der berührungslosen Einfüllunterstützung durch Gesten- oder Sprachkontrolle sowie 

der integrierten TankFillCalculator Funktionalität steht nun nichts mehr im Wege. Zur Sicherheit kann 

der jeweilige Produktcode zur Vorbereitung und weiteren Automatisierung der Dokumentation gescannt 

werden. Zusammenfassend stellt dieses System erstmalig eine Option für den Praktiker dar, 

um den Pflanzenschutz von der Befallsdiagnose über die Mittelempfehlung und rechtskonforme Anwendung 

bis hin zur Dokumentation zeitnah und effizient zu erledigen.

Crop treatment requires farmers 

to look at a range of different information 

in order to decide on a 

specific treatment. The growing 

complexity of the information and 

statutory requirements they have 

to consider can lead to mis-application 

and the risk of spraying 

non-target areas. 

The combination of Connected 

Crop Protection and the Chemical 

Application Manager is an intuitive 

system that helps users make 

a sound decision for a targeted, 

well-timed, and precise application. 

This integrated system relies 

on a range of key technologies that offer recommendations and operator assistance for filling 

and spraying and automatically take buffer zones into account and comes with full documentation. 

It also integrates the Chemical Application Manager, a joint development by BASF and 

John Deere in conjunction with public-sector partners ISIP, ZEPP, JKI and KTBL. 

The data is transmitted in the universal ISO-XML format, an open format that allows the integration 

of further applications in the Manager. This industry standard will offer the possibility 

of integrating solutions from other partners and decision making assistance systems or the use 

of third-party spraying technology in the future. For the first time, this holistic system integrates 

all data, knowledge and tools that users need to come up with a treatment decision that implements 

application at variable rates and complies with national laws. 

The user controls the cycle, plans and edits precision farming applications, documents the individual 

jobs and provides his partners with access to the consultation feature. So there is nothing 

stopping this defined, legally compliant application with non-contact operation through 

voice or gesture control and integral TankFillCalculator from being implemented. For added 

safety, the system scans product codes for further automation of the documentation. 

In summary, this is the first system to provide farmers with a fast, efficient and integral method 

of crop treatment: from problem identification to treatment recommendation, an application 

that complies with the law and provides prompt and time-efficient documentation.

Pellets mit 16 mm Durchmesser

stationärer Einsatz möglich. Hervorzuheben

Premos 5000 is the first mobile pellet 

harvester that produces 16mm-diameter 

pellets without pre-crushing and 

by using two interlocking die rollers. 

The machine is designed for on-site 

use where it picks the material directly 

from the straw swath. The system is

Connected Nutrient Management 

Die Nährstoffbilanz von Ernte zu Ernte 

bedeutet zurzeit für den Landwirt noch 

einen großen händischen Rechen- und 

Planungsaufwand. Connected Nutrient 

Management ist ein benutzerfreundliches, 

optimiertes Nährstoffmanagementsystem 

zur bedarfsgerechten 

und präzisen N und P Applikation mit 

organischen sowie mineralischen Düngern. 

Das System erlaubt die Planung 

und Optimierung als gesamtheitliche 

Betrachtung von Ernte zu Ernte und bindet 

Technologien zur zielgenauen Düngerapplikation 

ein. Daten, Wissen und 

Schlüsseltechnologien der Innovationspartner John Deere, Land Data Eurosoft, Vista, Rauch und 

Sulky werden intelligent miteinander verknüpft und ermöglichen dem Anwender eine agronomisch 

optimierte sowie düngeverordnungskonforme, teilschlagspezifische Nährstoffapplikation. 

So werden eine höhere Präzision in der organischen und mineralischen Düngeplanung und -anwendung, 

eine Kostenreduktion, eine Ertragsoptimierung in Quantität und Qualität sowie die 

gleichzeitige Einhaltung der Düngeregularien bei feldspezifischer Dokumentation erreicht. Es 

wird erstmals möglich, Nährstoffe wie Stickstoff und Phosphat im Teilschlag exakt zu bestimmen, 

zu applizieren und zu dokumentieren, unabhängig davon, ob organische und/oder mineralische 

Düngemittel eingesetzt werden. Die optimale Nährstoffverteilung pro Teilschlag und Vegetationszeitpunkt 

ermöglicht eine höhere Nährstoffeffizienz und gleichzeitig optimierte Nährstoffbilanzen. 

Eine vergleichbare integrierte Lösung hat es bisher nicht gegeben.

John Deere ProCut 

Auch unter Zeitdruck gilt es im Häckslereinsatz, 

die Messer an der Häckseltrommel 

scharf zu halten und eine korrekte 

Einstellung der Gegenschneide 

vorzunehmen. Das John Deere „ProCut“ 

nimmt die direkte Abstandsmessung der 

Gegenschneide zu den Messern nicht 

über Klopfsensoren, sondern über ein 

induktives Messverfahren mit zwei speziellen 

Sensoren vor. Außerdem ist eine 

automatische Schärfenmessung aller Messer einzeln möglich. Der Kundennutzen ist sehr hoch, 

da immer der optimale Betriebspunkt zum Einstellen der Gegenschneide und zum Schärfen der 

Messer mit den empfohlenen Schleifzyklen angegeben wird. Durch den optimalen Betriebszustand 

der betroffenen Aggregate lassen sich nicht nur Energiekosten einsparen, sondern auch 

Betriebsmittel wie Messer, Gegenschneide und Schleifstein.

Fendt VarioGrip Pro 

Trotz unbestritten vieler Vorteile, haben Reifendruckregelanlagen 

den Nachteil, dass die Wiederbefüllung 

der Reifen vor einer Straßenfahrt teilweise 

lange Zeit in Anspruch nimmt. Für eine hohe Kompressorleistung 

muss in dieser Standzeit auch teilweise 

noch eine erhöhte Motordrehzahl gehalten 

werden. Beim Fendt „VarioGrip Pro“ befindet sich 

im Innern des neu entwickelten Reifens des Traktors 

ein zweiter Hochdruckreifen, der als Druckspeicher 

für die schnelle Reifendruckanpassung dient. Zur 

Druckluftversorgung genügt eine einfache Drehdurchführung, 

über die der Innenreifen kontinuierlich 

gefüllt gehalten wird. Sowohl die Schaltenergie 

der Ventile als auch die Energie für die Drucksensoren 

und die Steuerimpulse werden innerhalb der 

Achse induktiv übertragen. Auf zusätzliche Luftpresser, 

Druckbehälter und Druckluftsteuerleitungen kann verzichtet werden. So kann der Reifeninnendruck 

durch den direkten Druckaustausch innerhalb von 30 Sekunden von 0,8 auf 1,8 bar 

erhöht werden, ohne die Motordrehzahl zu ändern. Durch die schnelle Luftdruckanpassung reduziert 

sich die Fahrzeit und die Befahrung des Feldes mit bodenschonendem niedrigem Luftdruck 

wird möglich.

Maintaining the nutrient balance of the 

field from harvest to harvest currently involves 

extensive calculation and planning 

efforts for the farmer. Connected Nutrient 

Management is a user-friendly, optimized 

nutrient management system enabling

of organic and chemical N and P fertilizers. 

The system supports planning and optimization 

with a holistic, overall observation 

of the harvest history and includes 

technologies for highly precise fertilizer

John Deere, Land Data Eurosoft, VISTA, Rauch and Sulky have been tied up in a smart, complete 

bundle to offer the user an agronomically optimized, site-specific nutrient application system 

complying with fertilizer application regulations. This ensures higher precision when planning and 

applying organic or artificial fertilizers. At the same time, the system is a cost-cutter, optimizing yields 

in terms of quality and quantity while complying with the strict fertilizer regulations and offering site- 

-specific documentation. For the first time ever, farmers will be able to precisely determine, apply and 

document nutrient demands (nitrogen, phosphates etc.) for specific sub-areas, regardless of the type 

of organic or artificial fertilizer used. Since nutrient distribution is optimized according to sub-area 

demands and vegetation times, it provides a higher level of nutrient efficiency and also optimizes 

nutrient balances. There has never before been a similar integrated solution offering maximum customer 

value while proactively considering the prevailing environmental and legislative constraints.

John Deere ProCut 

Especially in the heat of harvest, it is essential 

to keep the knives on the forager 

chopping drum sharp and to adjust the 

counterblade as appropriate. 

John Deere’s ‚ProCut’ controls the gap 

between the knives and the counterblade. 

The system does not measure the 

gap with the help of vibration sensors 

but with an inductive method and two 

special sensors. In addition, it is also possible 

to measure automatically the sharpness of all knives. The system offers great benefits for 

the customer, because it always indicates the best time to adjust the counterblade and sharpen 

the knives and also recommends the num-ber of grinds to be applied. With all elements always 

in their best condition, fuel consumption drops and so do the costs for knives, counterblade and 

grinder.

Fendt VarioGrip Pro 

Tyre pressure control systems offer many uncontested 

advantages, but also one drawback: they 

are very slow in inflating the tyres for road travel. 

Besides, they require the engine to be revving at 

high speeds to provide the necessary drive power 

for the compressor while the tractor is stationary. 

The Fend ‚VarioGrip Pro’ uses an additional high- 

-pressure tyre inside a bespoke and newly developed 

tyre. This internal tyre serves as an accumulator 

which allows the inflation pressure to be 

altered very quickly. The air is pumped into the 

internal tyre through a simple rotary union which 

also ensures it cannot escape. The valves involved 

and the pressure sensors are powered through 

inductive transmission inside the axle. The same 

applies to the control signals. Dispensing with extra compressors, pressure tanks and control 

lines, this technology is able to increase the inflation pressure from 0.8 bar to 1.8 within 30 

seconds by exchanging the pressure directly and without having recourse to engine speed. 

This quick tyre pressure control system reduces the time spent in road travel and allows field 

work at low and soil-friendly pressures.

SIATKA ROLNICZA 

Die Netze mit den Bezeichnungen STRONGER XL STRONGER 

XXL und STRONGER MAX werden in einer Produktionslinie 

nach deutscher Lizenz in unserem modernen, mit elektronischen 

Systemen zur Parameterüberwachung ausgerüsteten 

Maschinenpark hergestellt. Für die Produktion werden Rohstoffe 

verwendet, die qualitätsverbessernde Komponenten 

enthalten, wie z. B. UV-Stabilisatoren. Die STRONGER Netze 

eigenen sich für alle Arten von Ballenpressen. Die Netze 

schützen die Ballen optimal bei Transport und Lagerung. 

Jede Rolle verfügt 50m vor dem Ende über eine Anzeige des 

Rollenendes. Die STRONGER Netze werden auf Hülsen mit einem 

Durchmesser von 76 mm gewickelt. 

The STRONGERXL, STRONGER XXL and STRONGER MAX bale 

net wraps are manufactured on a German manufacturing 

line and licensed in a modern machinery park equipped with 

electronic parameter control systems. The nets are produced 

with the use of a raw material consisting of components 

which improve the product quality, including a UV-ray stabilizer. 

The STRONGER net is intended for every type of machines 

for baling straw and hay. It is the best protection for 

crops when in transport and storage. Each roll is equipped 

with an indicator which displays the end of the net, to the last 

50 m. The STRONGER net is wound on the Ø76 sleeve. 

Siatka rolnicza o nazwie STRONGER XL, STRONGER XXL 

i STRONGER MAX jest wytwarzana na linii i licencji niemieckiej 

na nowoczesnym parku maszynowym wyposażonym 

w elektroniczne systemy kontroli parametrów. Do produkcji siatki 

wykorzystywany jest surowiec, w skład którego wchodzą 

komponenty poprawiające jakość wyrobu, m.in. stabilizator 

promieni UV. Siatka STRONGER przeznaczona jest do każdego 

typu maszyn belujących słomę i siano. To najlpesza ochrona 

zbiorów przed następstwami transportu i magazynowania. 

Każda rolka posiada wskaźnik informujący o końcu siatki, ostatnie 

50m. Siatka STRONGER nawijana jest na tulei Ø76.

100 lat tradycji 1907-2015! 

Die regionale Molkereigenossenschaft in Olesno hat sich den aktuellen Anforderungen 

des Marktes angepasst. Derzeit wird die Molkereigenossenschaft von etwa 100 Genossenschaftsmitgliedern 

beliefert. Nachdem das HACCP Management System für Lebensmittelsicherheit am 

15. April 2004 bestätigt wurde, erhielt der Betrieb mit 1. Mai 2004 die Freigabe für den Verkauf auf 

den Märkten der EU. Nach dem Beitritt Polens zur EU, wurde aus der regionalen Molkereigenossenschaft 

in Olesno ein Exporteur. Derzeit werden 60% der Produktion in die westlichen Märkte der 

Europäischen Union geliefert. Derzeit befasst sich die Genossenschaft mit dem Ankauf und der 

Verarbeitung von Milch, sowie mit dem Groß- und Einzelhandel von Milchprodukten und Lebensmitteln. 

Ihre Geschäftstätigkeit umfasst das Gebiet der Europäischen Union. Führ ihre Tätigkeit 

erhielt sie zahlreiche Auszeichnungen: Den Preis des Ministers für Landwirtschaft und ländliche 

Entwicklung, die Goldenen Lorbeeren für Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen, und das Euro-Zertifikat 

2007, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013 in der Kategorie: Vertrauenswürdigkeit des Unternehmens. 

Okręgowa Spółdzielnia Mleczarska w Oleśnie jest na rynku już od 107 lat. 

Obecnie do Spółdzielni mleko dostarcza około 100 dostawców – członków Spółdzielni. 

15 kwietnia 2004 roku został zatwierdzony system Zarządzania Bezpieczeństwem 

Żywności Przedsiębiorstwa HACCP, a z dniem 1 maja 2004 roku zakład otrzymał zezwolenie 

do prowadzenia sprzedaży na rynkach UE. Po przystąpieniu Polski do UE 

Okręgowa Spółdzielnia Mleczarska w Oleśnie stała się eksporterem. W chwili obecnej 

60% produkcji jest wysyłane na rynki zach. Unii Europejskiej. Obecnie Spółdzielnia 

zajmuje się skupem i przetwórstwem mleka, handlem hurtowym oraz detalicznym 

artykułami nabiałowymi i spożywczymi. Swoją działalnością obejmuje teren Unii Europejskiej. 

Za swoją działalność otrzymała wiele nagród: Nagrodę Ministra Rolnictwa 

i Rozwoju Wsi, Złoty Laur Umiejętności i Kompetencji oraz EuroCertyfikat 2007, 2009, 

2010, 2011, 2013 w kategorii: Wiarygodność firmy.

Mimo, że na polach stoi już w większości sucha kukurydza, 

to w ocenie Instytutu Upraw Nawożenia i Gleboznawstwa 

nie mamy do czynienia z suszą. Z tego powodu nie 

można powoływać komisji, które szacują straty i pozwalają 

rolnikom walczyć o odszkodowania. - W obowiązującym

oznaczającego wystąpienie suszy dla wybranych grup i gatunków

wystąpienie suszy jest obniżenie plonów o 20% w skali
