just what spurred Kevin Lynch,
owner of Clear Choice Property
Management, Inc. to share his
knowledge of real estate

“Real estate has always been
my passion,” says Kevin, “and I’ve
always believed that real estate is
a solid investment.”
After a career as an auto technician,
Kevin obtained his real
estate license, gained experience
working for the largest real estate
company in Paso Robles,
obtained his Broker license, and
opened Lynch & Associates Real
Estate in 2004.
“Over time, I started privately
managing homes for owners; the
word got out and the management
portion continued to grow,”
he adds.
Before long, it became obvious
locals needed more choices for
property management and
Clear Choice Property Management
became a successful
and separate entity.
“I believe that buying and
selling is only half of owning
real estate; renting is
the other half,” says Kevin.
“Clear Choice Property
Management, Inc. does business
with that point of view.”

& Design
After two years as a vendor at
the former Consignage Home &
Garden, Vicki and Steve Shoemaker
purchased the business in
October 2014, renamed it 3 Oaks
Studio, and have been sharing
their creative knowledge
with locals ever since.
Now, as 2015 gets underway,
they have witnessed
their open and inviting
store become a Paso Robles
favorite. From offering
smaller items that cost a few
dollars to more upscale home decor
and furnishings, there’s something
for everybody and every
style choice at 3 Oaks Studio.
“We also have a vendor marketplace
where a select few vendors
sell their creative finds including
upcycled wares, painted
pieces, and unique home decor,”
says Vicki. “In addition, we accept
consignments, from smaller items
to large furniture pieces – all
displayed in an eye catching,
inviting atmosphere.”
Vicki has been in the decorative
painting business for 30+
years and takes pleasure in helping
others transform their living
spaces and “finds.” After introducing
CHALK PAINT® to
Paso Robles – she exhibited at
the 3 Speckled Hens show before
stocking Consignage – Vicki and
Steve fell in love with the area.
Now, they split time between
Paso Robles and their
Clovis home (where they
run their original 3 Oaks
Studio in Old Town).
“I am passionate about
what we do, and love
to help people discover
their creative side,” says
Vicki. “Our goal is to be
a destination shop – a place to
come back to time after time for
inspiration, for ideas, to purchase
paint and supplies, or find that
one-of-a-kind unique item you
can’t live without!”
