• Swastik: Welcome the New Year with a punch of prosperity, yes Swastik is a<br />
symbol which full of positive energy.<br />
• This symbol is used in different communities of the society. Swastik means<br />
peaceful energy. Our old scriptures tell that by using and applying swastik in our<br />
lives it gives prosperity from all directions.<br />
• It balances all the nine directions. Swastik is used on the main doors mainly in the<br />
states of Gujarat and South India.<br />
• In the symbol Swastik the vertical line shows creation of the universe and<br />
horizontal line shows the expansion. The Symbol Swastik is also known for the<br />
identity of Ganesha.<br />
• When it is used as remembering the Ganesha, two vertical lines are drawn on both<br />
the sides. These lines are his two wives named as riddhi and siddhi. This<br />
combination should be drawn on the main door of the house. In commercial<br />
establishments Shubh and Labh should also be added on the extreme sides.
