Survey details:- Survey results discussed above have<br />

been taken from AHRI PULSE SURVEY on TURNOVER<br />

AND RETENTION conducted online in April and May of<br />

2015. It was communicated by email to a sample of the<br />

member database of the Australian Human Resources<br />

Institute. A total of 603 respondents returned answers to<br />

the survey. Responses were treated anonymously.<br />
