INTERVIEW<br />

A designated Client Success Advisor will conduct your Discovery<br />

Interview as the first step in quality assurance for your engagement<br />

and ACA-Track product experience. This advisor will<br />

personally lead you through the on-boarding process for your<br />

compliance and reporting edification, as well to ascertain key<br />

information about your company. Conducted via telephone,<br />

the interview will confirm your ALE status and determine your<br />

Certificates of Eligibility, your reporting specifications (i.e. 1095s<br />

by location ID, department), Offers of Coverage, and more.<br />

SUBMISSION OF<br />

DATA & TESTING<br />

Unlike most other compliance solutions, ACA-Track targets<br />

completing reporting prior to January. Consequently, in<br />

December ACA-Track works to review, test, submit and<br />

resolve any issues related to your data. We will need to<br />

receive your raw payroll and medical plan enrollment data<br />

by the first week in December. Your Client Success Team<br />

will work to complete the required data processing and<br />

formatting for your ACA reporting.
