Background and Introduction<br />
Achievement Motivation is one of the intrinsic motivations which propel individuals to strive<br />
for excellence in a performance related situations. It is believed that this motivation not only<br />
drives individuals to be a performer but also helps in creating an enabling environment for<br />
organizational growth.<br />
The proven training programme (based on David C. Mc Clelland's model of Achievement<br />
Motivation) is expected to provide an intrinsic, self driven motivation to the individuals to<br />
derive satisfaction through achievement of higher results. On the other hand there has also been<br />
a need felt for the Executives to develop more holistic approach towards business; as an<br />
Entrepreneurial Business Executive rather than just the Executive. This will be achieved by<br />
helping the participants assess and develop certain 'entrepreneurial competencies' in self and<br />
the team.<br />
Achievement Motivation Training (AMT) has been one of the most important input in<br />
developing individuals as an enterprising person. The training in Achievement Motivation,<br />
besides increasing need for achievement of potential managers or entrepreneurs also helps<br />
them developing coping ability, tolerance to ambiguity and influencing capability through<br />
creativity and Innovation. Accordingly the role of harnessingthe the concern for excellence is<br />
crucial. The role of Excellence motivation has further been observed very significant for<br />
sustaining entrepreneurial activity for growth and taking on to leadership role.. Motivational<br />
intervention may be needed for initiating growth and development of the organization or<br />
Enterprise/e.<br />
This program offers a system approach to design and delivery of training to the potential and<br />
existing Trainers.The Training therefore will be ideally suited for such motivational trainers,<br />
counselors, consultants and existing entrepreneurs, as well.<br />
Objectives<br />
By the end of the Training the participants will be<br />
able to<br />
Leverage opportunity of a self induced challenge<br />
to deliver higher performance and results.<br />
To internalize the concept and process of<br />
entrepreneurial Motivation training to adapt to<br />
varying audience and situation;<br />
Explore their current level of achievement<br />
motivation and learn how to raise it.<br />
To internalize the concept of achievement syndrome and its application with performance.<br />
To provide ability and competence to plan and conduct Motivational training.<br />

To raise ability for motivational intervention for growth.<br />
Proposed Venue- Delhi, India, Duration : Three Nights and four days.<br />
Fee Structure<br />
Residential fee each candidate will be Rs. 22,000 /- (Rupees Twenty Two Thousand Only )<br />
with full board and accommodation covering tuition fee and material – with stay on twin<br />
sharing basis for four night and four days . Social Sector nomination on gross fee will get<br />
discount of 20%.<br />
Non- Residential fee will be Rs. 12000/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand) Fee will cover lunch/<br />
snacks covering tuition fee and material .<br />
