After use on a trial basis a hard earmold can be rhodiumplated.
You cannot rework a rhodium-plated earmold.
Advantages:
- non-allergic sealing coating is possible at a later date
on every hard earmold
- very skin-friendly
- bond surface rhoduim-plating or
full rhodium-plating possible
- high-grade appearance and decorative
Otoplastik Otoplastik verglast

Vorhandene harte Otoplastik wird nachträglich mit
LP/H Lack versiegelt und unter UV-Licht gehärtet. Das
vorherige Probetragen der Otoplastik ist unbedingt
notwendig, da eine verglaste Otoplastik nicht mehr
nachzuarbeiten ist ohne die LP/H-Schicht zu verletzen.
Vorteile:
- antiallergische Oberflächenversiegelung nachträglich
bei harten Otoplastiken möglich
- erhöht die Hautverträglichkeit von Acryl-Otoplastiken
bei Allergieverdacht
- glatte Oberflächenstruktur
Lacquered Lacquered Ear Earmold Ear mold
An existing hard earmold can be sealed later with LP/H
lacquer and hardened under UV-light. It is absolutely
necessary to use the earmold on a trial basis because
you cannot rework a lacquered earmold without
rupturing the LP/H-coating.
Advantages:
- non-allergic sealing coating is possible at a later date
on every hard earmold
- increases the skin-friendliness of acrylic earmolds
in case of allergic reactions
- smooth surface structure
