Kann auch für die Verarbeitung von Acryl-Kaltpolymerisaten und Silikonen
im Kaltverfahren eingesetzt werden. Wir empfehlen für die Aufschmelzung
das Dubliergerät EDG 1.
Verarbeitungstemperatur: 45 - 47° C
Schmelztemperatur: 93° C

Transparenz speziell für die Lichttechnik zur Herstellung der Form-Negative

Silikonen im Kaltverfahren eingesetzt werden. Hohes Einsparpotential von
Handlingkosten durch geringes Gewicht. Wir empfehlen den Einsatz des
Dubliergerätes EDG 1.
Inhalt: 3 l - Anmischung mit 1,5 l Wasser ergeben ca. 5,3 kg.
Bei Einhaltung der Gebrauchsanweisung mehrfache Verwendung möglich.

Duplicating Duplicating Material, Material, 6 kg
Hydrocolloidal based material for negative molds. Due to its transparency,
the material is especially suitable for the UV-curing technique. The material
can also be used for processing acrylic material for cold polymerization
and cold curing silicones. For the fusion we recommend to use the
duplicating unit EDG 1.
Processing temperature: 45 - 47° C (113 - 116.6° F)
Melting temperature: 93° C (199.4° F)
The material can be reused several times on condition that the manual
instructions are kept.
Duplicating Duplicating Material Material - - - concentrate
Hydrocolloidal based material as concentrate for negative molds. Due to
its transparency, the material is especially suitable for the UV technique.
The material can also be used for processing acrylic material for cold
polymerization and cold vulcanizing silicones. Savings in handling costs
are granted due to a lower weight. We recommend to use the duplicating
unit EDG 1.
Contents: 3 l - a mixture with 1,5 l water produces about 5.3 kg.
The material can be reused several times on condition that the manual
instructions are observed.
