dismantled from position <strong>in</strong> <strong>boiler</strong> no2 dur<strong>in</strong>g the visit. The weld beads had acted as nuclei for<br />
dust build up. Ideally the weld should not be present <strong>in</strong> the coal p<strong>at</strong>h.<br />
