Sheikhah Wafaa
Muhammad Hussain
Sheikhah Wafaa the founder of Tajweed Made Easy
Academy Global (TMEAG), was born in Malaysia in
1980. After graduating from St. Mary’s Kuala
Lumpur in 1997, she travelled to Jordan, Saudi
Arabia and Egypt to further her Islamic Studies
over a period of 10 years, during which she
specialised in the Noble Quran and was awarded
with two Sanad Certificates where she became part
of the 32nd and 33rd generation of Sanad Holder.
Sheikhah Wafaa is a published author and has been
invited to offer lectures and workshops at various
conferences throughout Malaysia and across the
world. To date, Sheikhah has conducted TME
Intensive Courses in Malaysia, India, Singapore,
Macedonia, Kosovo, Germany and the Philippines.
Sheikhah Wafaa teaches onsite at TMEAG learning
Centre in Shah Alam and is currently grooming
teachers worldwide.
Ustadha Farhia Yahya
Ustadha Farhia Yahya is the sister behind the renowned Fajr Literary blog, a
collection of writings focusing on the gems of the Qur’an and the beauty of
literature. Ustadha Farhia is a teacher and lecturer of Qur’anic and Arabic Sciences
who has taught English-speaking audiences in the UK for the past few years. In
addition to completing a BSc Biomedical Science degree in London, she has also
completed her Arabic, Islamic studies and Hifdh of Qur’an in Cairo, Egypt. Originally
from Somalia, Ustadha Farhia has lived in various cities around the world and
travelling continues to be one of her passions, a love that she attributes to ‘nomadic
genes’!
Ustadha Farhia is also a published author, upcoming novelist and a translator of
classical Arabic texts. She teaches tailored Islamic courses for sisters online and is
currently living and working in the UAE.
The retreat leaders will also be supplemented by our Qur’an Coaches
who will be there to share timeless tips and tricks and ensure that
your stay is a beneficial one.
