Products and prices shown in this brochure are for supply within New Zealand only.

Orders cannot be reduced or altered in any way once they have been confirmed.
Items for sale in this brochure are subject to stock availability. The Spruce Up Company Limited will always aim to supply your order in its
entirety and as quickly as possible, there may be times that we may not be able to do so. In such cases, you will be advised as soon as possible.
Delivery and installation
The Spruce Up Company Limited will always endeavour to deliver your order within three - four weeks of order placement/payment. The
Spruce Up Company Limited reserves the right to amend/increase this timeframe if major delays are incurred by way of manufacturer supply
or by way of adverse freight issues/conditions that develop outside of The Spruce Up Company Limited’s control.
Installation costs:
Installation charges apply on orders we have to travel to your location and install the items. Charges depending on time needed.
Shipping costs:
Delivery charges apply on orders nationwide with orders arriving between 10 – 40 days. Additional charges will apply on rural deliveries.
Pricing
All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars and exclude GST.
Prices are subject to change without any prior notice. The amount you will pay will be based on the current prices at the time you submit
your order. Should any prices be displayed $0.00 this will be due to an error in our brochure and would request that you contact the office to
confirm a price.
Payment Terms
Payment is required within seven (7) days of your order being placed. Payment may be made by way of cheque or direct credit. Should payment
in full not be made to The Spruce Up Company Limited within seven days after that due date or within The Spruce Up Company Limited's
pre-approved extended timeframe (that will be allowed from time to time for large volume orders), then the products will not be
shipped to the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Faulty goods will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of The Spruce Up Company Limited. Products that may be received damaged due
to freight damage will be repaired or replaced subject to discussion and conclusion of point of damage. If the recipient signs for the product
as received in good condition, they have voided the opportunity to claim for any freight damage. All goods are despatched in good condition
and carried “at limited carrier’s risk” (pursuant to the Carriage of Goods Act 1979). No claims will be accepted after two (2) days from the
date of delivery. All claims must be made in writing and forwarded to info@spruceup.co.nz
Any refunds are at the discretion of The Spruce Up Company Limited and will only be made if The Spruce Up Company Limited is unable to
either repair or replace faulty or damaged products that have been and are accepted by The Spruce Up Company Limited as a genuine and
approved claim. These refunds will be made by direct credit into the verified bank account of the claimant and will be only for the value of
the product claimed at the time of the purchase of that same product. No refunds will be made for any freight and/or any other costs, be
they interest or legal or any other costs that may have been incurred by the claimant in the process of achieving their refund claim.
