D. Under all claims, Plaintiff should be awarded compensatory damages, the exact
amount to be determined at trial;
E. Under all claims, Plaintiff should be awarded interest on back pay and lost wages, and
such other equitable and affirmative relief as may be appropriate; and;
F. Plaintiff should be awarded his reasonable attorney's fees and litigation expenses and
damages related to seeking medical care and treatment associated with this matter.
